I emailed Kyle on the morning of May 20 to request service for removing a pile of firewood that had been sitting in my backyard since I moved into my house two years ago. Kyle responded that afternoon, requesting that I send him some pictures of the pile. I emailed two pictures of the pile on May 21 and he responded later in the day quoting the price of $95.00. The price seemed reasonable to me and the service was performed on May 22 while I was at work. The area in the backyard where the pile was looks fantastic and I would hire Reliable Hauling again without hesitation!

Excellent. I sent an email after researching on your website. Kyle responded within an hour via email. I asked him to call me to discuss the removal of the refrigerator. He was very cordial and delightful to speak with. He was very professional and explained how he can take care of the problem. I agreed to hire him and left the refrigerator out upon leaving for work the next day. Prompt service. I was called the day of the pick to knowledge it was done. Great people and great service. I will use again.

Reliable, did a great job. I e-mailed them and had a response within a matter of hours. The next day, they followed up with a phone call where I explained what I needed. We set up a time for them to come out-a Saturday. Kyle was working on a big job that day, so wasn't certain how quickly he'd be finished. He gave me a window of when he would be there-between 11am-2pm. He was there at 11am! He was fast and efficient. He came in $30 under the original estimate of $180. I'd definitely use them again.

Mr. Clifford was able to schedule the job within three days, gave me a choice of time, and was prompt and courteous throughout. He was extremely easy to work with, helped me determine whether an item was broken (junk) or still useful in the near term (it was), and did not expect junk to be neatly organized, but appreciated my working alongside him as needed to expedite the job. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly. Both of us almost forgot key items to be removed from front, but he removed them quickly with no problem.

I am more than satisfied. I called Kyle and told him what I needed. He explained his service and pricing. I sent an email about the stuff to remove, my phone and address. He called and we scheduled the appointment for the next day. Kyle called me on the way and arrived a few minutes early. I showed him what I wanted removed. He explained what he does with the stuff (e.g., ensures the freon is captured, the metal is recycled, no landfill). He and his helper went right to it and removed everything, exactly as I asked, in less than 15 minutes. It was all quick and easy for me.

We were moving into our new home and the old owner thought the local garbage company would pick up a driveway full of boxes and garbage. We needed the stuff hauled away in order for our moving vans to access the driveway. Kyle was very responsive. He came out within a day and removed every last piece. Was a pleasure to work with.

I think they're very great. I've used them three times, and they give me a great deal. They're very reliable. I don't have any complaints, they're a great company.

Kyle and his helper actually showed up early and were half done by the time I got there! No complaints about the haphazard packing I had done. They moved the lot down the long flight of stairs and up the long walk to the truck, loading the truck carefully as they went. Then we all went around the beltway to the house in Virginia, they beat me there! Then unload the truck, carry everything up yet another long flight of stairs and down a long hall, and cheerfully put everything where I told them to. They were also very nice to the dog!

I have a real estate property that I was marketing and the owner there was a hoarder. It was jam packed full of garbage. Reliable Hauling came out and hauled it all off. They had to take numerous trips to the dump. They were outstanding.

I called Kyle at Reliable on Monday July 28th for Friday August 1st between 11:00 and 12:00 to move my classroom from one school building to my new school building. I had 53 boxes and 2 media stands on wheels. My classroom was on the 4th floor (we had an elevator). Kyle called me at 11:00 to let me know that traffic was bad. Kyle and his assistant arrived at the school at 11:20 am. They moved all the boxes and the media stands. We arrived at the new school and those plans were changed. Kyle was not allowed to enter the building from the back door since the floor was being waxed. He had to go in the front door up 6 steps, then a landing and then 6 more steps. My boxes were placed in the multi-purpose room since my classroom on the second floor was not ready. Kyle was kind enough to take up the 2 media stands since there was no way I could have gotten those stands upstairs. Both Kyle and his assistant were very kind and pleasant to work with. I would hire them again in a second.

Kyle was responsive, professional and courteous from initial contact through completion of the job. He arrived on time, was careful when removing bed to ensure no damage was done to walls, etc. and certainly impressed me as someone who strives to provide the best customer service possible. I've already scheduled another job with him and would highly recommend.

Mr. Clifford and his helper showed up on time, helped us determine what we could put out with the trash (saving us money), loaded up what would NOT be picked up by the trash company, including some pretty heavy wooden pieces which they broke up in order to pack the van more fully. They were very patient and kind, even giving us a break on the total price for a wedding present, since we had so many large pieces which loaded quickly! We will definitely use this company in the future, and recommend it highly to anyone seeking to clean up their property. Also, they worked very quickly and the job was complete in no time!

Perfect from start to finish. I initially made an inquiry by e-mail, and Kyle responded very quickly and provided all the information I needed. We initially booked for Saturday the 15th, but at the last minute I needed to change the schedule and have him come out earlier. Kyle was very accommodating and flexible, and agreed to come out on Friday the 7th. He called prior to arriving and rang our doorbell at precisely the time he promised. He worked quickly, neatly and efficiently, and was very personable. He worked alone and we were so impressed that he was able to carry that large bulky doghouse and break apart the computer desk! The movers appeared on time. They were pleasant and strong. Also they were efficient, professional and reasonable.

I called Reliable and spoke with Kyle's wife who took my information and said Kyle would call to set up an appointment. Kyle called that evening we set a time of nine a.m., three work days following our call. Kyle called that morning to say he was on his way and they arrived within minutes of the scheduled time. Both Kyle and his associate were very friendly and professional and proceeded immediately with the job. They worked quickly and efficiently cleared everything out within a short period of time. As they worked Kyle even checked with me on some items to be certain I wanted them to go. I was very happy with the job they did and I plan to use them again.

The crew arrived well within the time frame provided and quickly and efficiently removed all of the items designated for charities or that were going into the trash. The two men doing the work were considerate of my home, making sure they didn't damage anything while removing the largest items and even taking the time to clean up pieces (from a broken cabinet) that fell on the rug outside of my front door. The amount of items moved filled more than half of the truck but I instead of charging me a higher price, I was charged only for a half load.
