Called the number (found through Angie's list) and was called back by Kyle within a couple hours. I described the work and he offerred a couple different pick-up times - including Saturday! We settled on a Friday. Kyle and one employee arrived within the prescribed timeframe and made short work of a considerable pile - all the while carrying on a pleasant conversation, answering questions I had for him about other services he provided. He even apologized for the amount he charged me, explaining that the railroad ties (there were in about 12 pieces in addition to other miscellaneous stuff) were the real work. As getting rid of them had turned into a multi-year project for me due to surgery, I had no problem with what I thought were very reasonable charges. A real find. I will use again in a heartbeat - and can't wait until I have time to check out the handyman services Reliable also offers.

Kyle and his assistant were very responsive - we called on a Friday and they were out to haul away our junk the following morning - arriving exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently and had the job completed in about 15 minutes. Will definitely use them for any future hauling needs.

I purchased a large elliptical machine at auction and had a small window of time for the pickup. Having used Reliable Hauling before I felt confident the company could help. Kyle Clifford, the owner, was able to pick up the item the next day. The heavy and awkward machine was not a clean fit so Kyle removed the back door from the hinges. He and his assistant were able to guide the unit into place exactly where I desired it. Kyle rehung the back door and was back on the road in no time. All this was done when the temp was over 100 degrees, which just makes the feat all that more impressive. Reliable Hauling is the only company I will ever use for moving and hauling.

This is the second time, within a six-month period, that I have used Reliable and on both occasions I have been pleased with their performance. Kyle and his assistant Francisco make an excellent team. They are punctual, efficient and professional. I had two separate storage units, on different floors, within one storage facility and I wanted to consolidate the furniture and miscellaneous items into the larger unit. Kyle and Franciso moved the items from the smaller unit and rearranged the items in the larger unit so that everything would fit. They also hauled away items I did not want. The job took only one hour. Reliable Hauling lives up to its name.

Haul away was quick, but moving the couch was not completed. They did their best to move the couch, but it just physically couldn't go thru the doorway. Kyle Clifford tried everything.

I called and left a message. The owner called me back the same day. We made an appointment. He arrived on time. I had the junk piled up in my driveway. He and an assistant loaded it in the truck quickly. They were efficient and friendly. I thought the cost was very reasonable.

Kyle was terrific - very responsive, punctual, client-focused and professional. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely use him again.

Great overall. Answered phone right away, and they were able to come out within 2 days' notice. Quoted prices over the phone, and they stuck to the quote. $95 is minumum, and we had a relatively small amount, so that's all it cost us. Kyle Clifford worked with us on-site, and he was excellent to deal with. He even got into hard-to-reach areas and really helped clean out a space under our porch, in addition to hauling the junk away. Top-notch, and reasonably priced. Would definitely use services again if the need arises.

It was excellent. They provided great service for a small price. The gentleman was prompt and was very happy to assist with removing items from the attic for me. He even helped to clean up the basement after removing items from there.

Needed junk removal service. Kyle responded right away and was out to our house within just a few days. Very nice guy, professional, would definitely use again. Removed old grill, lawn mower, refrigerator, patio table and chairs, standing hammock, etc. Thought it was a great deal for the price. If you need hauling services, I would highly recommend this company.

Kyle was wonderful, he made time in his schedule to move my item quickly (from Chantilly to DC). Due to road conditions, he was a bit late, but he made sure to call to let me know his ETA (he was right on time). He didn't even charge me to take the couch up two flights of stairs! The price was drastically lower than other rates I had been quoted, and the quality of the service was tremendous. Wonderful guy, highly reccomended.

We had to get our father's large house ready for sale, which efforts involved completely painting the interior, which hadn't been painted in many years. We also wanted paneling removed from five walls, which he had glued (as well as nailed) in place. There were many, many nail holes (from hanging artwork) throughout the house and other wall damage. Because we would be away from the property, we needed a completely trustworthy company. We asked Kyle Clifford, whom we had used through his hauling company (Reliable Hauling), for a recommendation. To our total delight, he had just opened a painting company. We already knew how professional, reliable, and honest he was, so we asked to meet with his painting specialist. We did so, and we were extremely impressed by both the breadth and the depth of his knowledge. This man (Ardi) knew exactly what was required in cabinet painting and how such work differed from other painting. He also knew precisely which type of paint to use to get the high-quality result we wanted. Soon afterward, at our request, we received a proposal and contract, which we immediately signed because the terms were quite reasonable and the expertise evident. The work took several weeks. We supplied information about the colors we wanted, which differed from room to room, and the types of finish we wanted. Kyle remained in touch with us throughout the process. Our Realtor, who was in the house from time to time during the work, was impressed with the workers' skill, their cheerfulness, and their dedication to getting the job done, despite their having to work throughout the Great Blizzard of 2010. My sister and I recently arrived at the house to check the work and pay the balance of the contracted amount. We couldn't believe what we saw. The work was perfect. Every flaw in the walls had disappeared; every edge where one color butted up against another was precise; there was not one smudge or drip anywhere--on a wall surface or on the wood floors. We simply could not have been more pleased, and it would be impossible for us to adequately express our relief at having it all done and our delight in the results.

I first called Reliable Hauling in June of 2009. That was the beginning of a long and totally satisfying relationship with this truly wonderful company. Over a period of eight months, we used their hauling services repeatedly. When there was anything that needed to be done in the house, we learned to first ask Kyle if he could and would do it; the answer was usually yes. As a result, he removed and hauled away an elevator chair (with all its accompanying hardware) for one-seventh the cost I had been able to find elsewhere. He and his workers labored in heat, rain, and snow without complaint. They were extremely careful about everything they did, were able to maneuver in tight spaces, maintained an optimistic and cheerful attitude, and were simply a delight. Now, many months after beginning to clear out the house, I find myself sorry to have the relationship with Reliable Hauling come to an end.

They were very good and were available immediately for junk removal. They charged the minimum price and I was very happy with their services.

The experience went very well. I called the company fairly late in the day (I think it was a Monday) after being stood up by another company that I had an appointment with. I really needed to get my basement cleaned out before the weekend. Because it was so late, I expected to have to leave a message. However Kyle answered the phone. I explained my situation and he was very sympathetic and responsive. He came to my house the next day and cleared out the basement junk in about 15-20 minutes.. The cost turned out to be much less than I would have paid the other company. .

Kyle responded promptly to our email inquiry and gave us an accurate estimate for the job. He arrived on time and was courteous, professional and very helpful. He gave us an (unasked-for) break on the price because we had already piled our junk near the driveway. We will definiately call them the next time we need junk removal and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

Perfect. We were expecting some new furniture to be delivered. The furniture store called Friday to let us know that everything was in and they wanted to schedule delivery for Sunday. Problem was, the furniture delivery people don't remove the old furniture so we had to make sure the living room was empty and ready by Sunday. We called Kyle on Friday and he agreed to come out Saturday afternoon to haul everything away. He and his coworker Carlos arrived at the agreed on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job and we will be calling them again! This is the second time we have used Reliable Hauling. We recommend them to everyone who needs hauling and light demolition work done - we understand that Kyle even does painting now!

The gentleman was prompt, courteous, and professional. The price was within the estimate. They were half as expensive as the company that I used before and were more timely. I was especially glad that he dismantled the book cases before removing them from my home.

Fantastic. I wish there were an A+++ category for price, because I thought I got a really great deal for all the work they did. Kyle came himself and brought one other mover. They gave me a two-hour window for when they'd arrive, and they showed up within that window, calling first to let me know they were on the way. I had called around for quotes, and this is one of the only companies that does small moving jobs like this (most want to use their own truck and do the whole move, which would have cost me a fortune). They were excellent about keeping in contact; they called to confirm the day before the move; they gave me a quote (per half hour) and stuck with it. I was vacuuming where a piece of furniture had just been moved, and Kyle picked up a broom and started cleaning off the molding. I had marked the boxes with the rooms they went to, and they got all the boxes in their places. Very efficient, friendly, professional - I would definitely use them again.

Kyle was friendly, courteous, prompt, and let me reschedule at the last minute without complaint or inconvenience to me. He said that usually the amount I required to be hauled would cost $350 but since it was all in my garage and easily loaded, saving him time, he would charge $250. He did the loading himself and didn't require help, though it was offered.

I called this company to inquire about hauling and was immediately impressed with Kyle's responsiveness and professionalism. One of my biggest concerns was that reusable or recyclable items would not end up as landfill, and Kyle explained their procedure with such items. (In brief, they do NOT end up as landfill!) I also wanted to make sure that the workers were insured (in case an old refrigerator broke a worker's foot), and they are. Then, via e-mail, I provided a general idea of how much material would need to be removed and when I'd like the company's services. Kyle responded immediately, and everything went smoothly and perfectly from there on out. On the day we had arranged, he called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly. He and the man who helped him were as pleasant, efficient, cheerful, and hard-working as could be. They didn't even complain when the skies opened and they had to load their truck in a downpour. One pays this company not by the hour but by the load. Given how efficiently and carefully they packed their panel truck, that system works out extremely well for the customer. I needed two loads, which I'd expected. The second load is discounted. If one needs a third or fourth load, those are discounted further. They have a bigger truck, which they will use if a job is truly immense. I think that Reliable Hauling and I will have a long relationship. I plan to use them repeatedly as I finish clearing out the house.

I scheduled about 5 days in advance and a price was quoted for the one item. I was given a window of time when Kyle would arrive for pick up and was called about 20 minutes before they arrived. Within 10 minutes (or less) the oven was removed from our property---he even helped us place a cap (we had bought) at the end of the gas line we had turned off (we are not replacing the stove).
