Description of Work: They repaired holes in wall and ceiling and painted kitchen and powder room. They also removed wall paper, painted, and put in lights. Their work was excellent.

Description of Work: Painted kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, and foyer. Sanded and patched walls prior to painting. They were very professional and finished the job exactly when they said they would. They came back the next week and fixed all of the items on our punch list. The job went well and we were very happy with them. They were also attentive to detail and helpful with picking out paint. Very good job.

Their work for me has included bathroom & kitchen renovations, installing decks, finishing basements, painting and repair work. Description of Work: I asked for quotes from 3 different companies. We had replaced wood on our deck and needed it stained, and the house powerwashed. We wanted two-tone on our deck, and Potts Bros. was very willing, the other companies weren't. One even said he wouldn't quote it because it would be too expensive, while Potts Bros. told me it was a less expensive way to go and provided the different quotes I asked for. Weather delayed us, but it got done in the time frame I needed. When the one coat of stain did not look good, they came back and put on another to my satisfaction. They made recommendations and suggestions which I appreciated. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Painted front and side doors, frames and railings. Painted dental molding just below roof. They replaced hardware on the front door for us that we supplied. They did a great job and left the site clean.

Description of Work: Painting throughout the house was completed and a handrail was installed in a stairway. The workers were extremely professional and polite throughout the entire job. The only drawback I have found was that the walls have not been as easy to clean as I desired. Within the first few weeks, I tried to lightly wipe something from the wall with a damp paper towel and it left a distinct mark. I spoke with the company about needing a finish that would hold up to light cleaning so I'm not sure if this was an oversight or not. That being said, the job was completed on time and at a reasonable price point. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Potts Brothers did what they agreed/contracted to do. They didn't pull a bait and switch, nor did they go above and beyond what was required. But they got the job done and did a good job, as expected.
