Potts Brothers does excellent work at a reasonable price. I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend their work to others. Professional, courteous and on-time.

They came on time to do the estimate and the crew arrived on time to do the work. The crew was polite and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Overall it was a good experience and they said to let them know if there were any problems within the next two years.

Potts Brother returned my call quickly and came out the next day to give an estimate. The job was scheduled the very next week. The office was very helpful answering all of my questions regarding what the estimate does and does not include. The team of workers arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. They covered the floors with cloths and protected the carpets and furniture as they were painting. They cleaned up as they went and at the end of day one; cleaned up everything. When they finished the job at the end of Day 2, they left my house almost cleaner than they found it. All in all, we are very happy with Potts Brothers and their team, and would use them again as we paint our home.

Fabulous. They finished very fast because they had a large team working steadily. Workers were polite and helpful. Work was done carefully and neatly, doing no damage to gardens around the house, or interior when removing storm windows. All details were taken care of.

The estimate was more than we expected, but a second estimate from another company was for almost the exact same price, which led us to believe it was a fair price. They appeared very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The work started the day we had agreed upon. They arrived with an ARMY of workers. They worked very quickly and were able to complete this enormous job in two days, including removing and replacing a lot of rotted wood from our windows. We were very impressed with their work. They were neat and thorough. We would absolutely recommend them to someone else.

We were amazed to see a nine person crew. They were efficient, professional, and carefully covered surrounding area. They were able to apply two coats of stain in one day (two story house of about 3,000 SF)! They did a great job and we are extremely pleased.

I was extreemly pleased with work. Potts Bros. is a family owned busines. I selected them after interviewing four other companies. They sent a crew of 8 to our home on the appointed day and finished the work that day. I was home the whole time they were working. I was impressed with how they worked together and the care they give each part of my house. It is clear their employer treats them well.

They helped select colors and the tech was very helpful. They showed up when they said they would and finished in one day. We were very satisfied with them.

EXCELLENT. EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER, AND WAS DONE EXACTLY AS THEY HAD PROMISED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS PROMISED.

I WOULD RECOMMEND, AS WELL AS RE-USE THIS COMPANY, BUT I FEEL AS THOUGH THEY COULD HAVE DONE THE JOB A LITTLE BETTER. I ALSO WOULD LIKE THEM NEXT TIME TO USE BETTER JUDGMENT.
