 + -1 moreIt took 5 minutes to complete the work and he wouldn't do other work I requested. He said he was trying to save me money. I wanted him to snake my toilet and he didn't want to do it. He didn't clean up the mess he made.
Description of Work: They changed the seat inside the faucet to stop it from dripping.

 + -1 moreI called the morning after a terrible storm and got an answering machine, so I contacted a different company. About an hour later, Plumline called me back even though I hadn't left a message, asking if there was work I needed done. A different plumber had already arrived, but I really appreciated the call and personal attention.
Description of Work: Replace broken sump pump.

 + -1 moreToward the end of May, work resumed on the floor but by Memorial Day work came to a dead stop. The floor was done and the walls painted but we had no shower and no water at the tub since the faucet there had been removed early on. Only the toilet and one sink faucet were working. No work was done again until July 18-20. By July 21 it was clear that the job was going so badly that the best option would be to halt the project prior to completion. To sum up, the project went on for over 3 months and the results were below expectations. Quality was largely unprofessional or mediocre, and in some instances totally unacceptable. In the end we simply cancelled out what had not been done and paid a lower final payment. We will have to hire new people to finish the job. We also paid a high price in emotional stress, disruption and inconvenience.
Description of Work: We first called him to fix a leaky toilet. He responded promptly and the repair was satisfactory. It turned out his main business was remodeling bathrooms. I asked for a bid on remodeling our master bathroom, including a new tile floor, installing a Corian shower and double sink vanity counter, and new faucets. Soon after presenting his estimate, he called to say that if I decided within a couple of days I could save $2000. I took the bait and did not have time to get other estimates for comparison. I gave him the required 50% deposit on March 4th, receiving assurances that he never started a job before all the materials were received and also that the job would only take 2 weeks. On April 18th work started and I paid 25% more. Progress on ripping out the current bathroom was soon halted when he claimed the wrong floor tiles had been shipped and had to be exchanged.

 + -1 moreBill was great - very prompt getting back to me and setting a time to do the work. He came, did it and did a great job. I am going to have him do some other work that needs to be done. The work was very reasonably priced, too.
Description of Work: I had a leak in the drain of the tub in an upstairs bathroom.

 + -1 moreI CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS GUY. HE HAS DONE A LOT OF PROJECTS FOR ME, BUT IF HE CAN NOT DO SOMETHING HE SAYS SO. HE IS COMPLETELY RELIABLE, AND TRUSTWORTHY.
Description of Work: REPLACED ALL FAUCETS.
