They are excellent. It went perfect. I went up taking him because he quote me less than half of what another contractor quoted me. He had the job done within a week and I was extremely happy. They were there usually within an hour or so when they said they were going to be there because this is the multistep job and he was doing service calls in between, but if he did run late, he would give me a phone call. I would absolutely use them again.

We've used this company for maintenance of our aging air conditioner and furnace for several years. We asked for information last year about A/C units that would be quieter in the small back yard of our townhouse. At that time Bob (the PCS principal) made some suggestions we thought too expensive to implement at the time. When we invited Bob back this spring for an A/C checkup, he remembered our question of a year earlier and offered some suggestions which we accepted. Within 6 hours he provided part numbers, and a firm quote (not an estimate) for installation of a modern and efficient heat pump and whole-house humidifier. He told us to expect installation the following week. His selection of parts provided us with improved air circulation around the house, and took advantage of the relative merits of several manufacturers' products. I gave him half the contract price up front. Five calendar days later he installed the heat pump and the following day installed the humidifier. The work complete we paid the balance. During the work he was careful to avoid tracking any dirt or rain into the house, cleaned up the worksite carefully, hauled away the old unit, and answered all our questions. The system has been running for five days now, almost silently, with more even temperatures throughout our tall, narrow town house than we've ever had before. We look forward to years of quiet and economical operation. We think this guy is great and we trust his professionalism. We are confident that we will get prompt and care for our system. We recommend him highly.
