Description of Work: Tony and his crew did a multitude of jobs for me. He was recommended by a friend and lived up to their billing. His crew painted the inside of our home and did the quality of a Georgetown Painting Crew. They are meticulous in their work and they don't cut corners. He also installed a window in an open space that was allowing a lot of cold air into our family room from the Florida room. Many people would have just jammed the non custom window into the space and it would have looked horrible. Tony insisted on doing it right. His crew cut the space wider and then reframed it all out and it looks like it was always there. I'm incredibly happy with how it looks. They also did a bunch of odds and end jobs too like install motion sensor lights. Last weekend I got to see the work he did for my friend which included the build out of her unfinished basement. The room looks like a million bucks. Tony and his crew show up on time every time, they are reasonably priced, and they take pride in their work.

+ -1 moreThe owner of the company, Tony Villalobos, was very responsive, either sending email messages, calling, or coming to the house to let us know the schedule for his work crew. The crew showed up when Tony said they would and did very good work. They were polite and courteous. The estimate for the job stayed the same -- no extra charges except when agreed to ahead of time. I thought the job was very thorough and professionally done. The crew was neat and tidy and left no debris behind. Tony arranged for the old windows to be recycled.
Description of Work: Repaired damaged plaster due to chimney flashing leak, checked for mold (there was none), did extensive prep work for painting three bedrooms, connecting hallway, damaged chimney and ceiling areas, then painted same areas applying two coats; did extensive prep work, including removing and replacing rotted wood on house exterior, scraping, caulking, then painted whole house exterior with two coats. We had six windows replaced in a 1939 year old mostly brick house. Each window took one entire day to take out, put the new one in and face it properly with attractive wood molding.

+ 3 moreIt went great. He came out and gave me an estimate as well as some suggestions. I had no problem scheduling with him. He showed up on time. I had some extra work we had not discussed which he said he could do. All around a great job and I would use them again.
Description of Work: Tony and his crew are awesome. I have used Payless Painting many times over the years for painting, molding installation, bathroom remodels, and more. He has also done work for many of my clients. He will give free estimates, is on time, courteous and just all around great to work with.
