It started off really well. I hired Hossein on reference of a professional property manager to do some electrical work. He went right to work replacing two ceiling fans and four exterior security lights, and installing a new GFCI outlet in the kitchen. He noted that the deck needed washing and staining and that the roof over an addition needed new shingles. He got those projects completed by noon the next day, albeit at a higher price than if I had shopped around, but he took on so much additional work that he ran out of time to do three of the tasks for which I hired him: reconnecting an attic fan, reconnecting attic lights and rehanging an interior door. He explained that he needed to complete another job and would return to complete my work after a week's family vacation. That was in May. He stopped by the house one day in June to say he would come the next weekend to finish the work. It's mid-July and I haven't seen him yet. Grades for the seven tasks completed: Price-C, Quality-B, Responsiveness-A, Punctuality-A, Professionalism-A. For the three tasks abandoned: Price-C, Quality of their work-F, Responsiveness-F, Punctuality-F, Professionalism-F.
