Nick is very thorough and conscientious. He answers your questions before you know you have them. He knows the market and he listened to what we wanted.

He was good and I had recommended him to family and friends.

Nick was very patient and meticulous when it comes to the details. He helped me draw up a list of items that needed tending to in the house we were selling. The house ended up going to contract in a very short time - about a week - for the asking price. There were multiple offers and he carefully helped us to navigate the process of sifting through the offers and figuring out how to proceed. Because we were a little picky in a market with low supply, the buying process took a lot longer than we expected - about 9 or 10 months - but Nick's patience towards us never wavered. Throughout a several week process when we were dealing with a particularly tense dispute with a seller, Nick was a voice of calm. When it comes to examining and writing contracts, he is very careful. We always felt he was available for us and focused on our needs. He recommended excellent house inspectors, mortgage brokers and title attorneys whom we would use again in a heartbeat. He surrounds himself with quality professionals. Despite the length of time involved in our house search he never pressured us to make an offer we weren't comfortable with or look at a house that we knew wasn't right for us.

Nick obtained the condo documents, performed the walk-through and helped me light the pilot light on the stove which wasn't on! He set my mind at ease about my first home purchase at every turn. Even though my purchase happened in 1998, I keep in touch with Nick and know his professionalism extends to every transaction in which he is involved.

I began working with Nick in the fall of 2010 and with his excellent help purchased a condo in late December 2010. Nick provided first class services at every step of the way. He provided rapid information about new listings that met my criteria for a purchase. This included previous sales records for the property being considered along with records of infrastructural upgrades (roofing, additions, etc.) and appliance upgrades for the property being considered along with a history of previous sales of similar properties in the neighborhood. He provided clear information and guidance about the full purchase process, from the price negotiaton stage to the property inspection stage to closing and post closing activities, along with options for mortgage types, condo association’s rules and condo fees and other information important to a buyer. He’s low keyed, very experienced, and extremely personable. Nick is easy to reach, virtually at any time, and responds quickly. He was cheerfully adaptable to my changing purchase criteria; I switched mid-stream from wanting a large home to purchasing a modest condo. I rate Nick as excellent in all of the Angie’s list criteria and would certainly recommend him to anyone buying selling of renting a home. Jay Fein
