They moved all furniture to the center and covered it with sheeting. The work was done carefully and professionally. Although it was not part of the job that I contracted for, Marco also painted the trim in those rooms and caulked/painted the crown molding in the guest bedroom out of sense of professional pride, Overall excellent! Millenium USA will get all of my future painting work.

Millennium did beautiful work and even went beyond the scope of what we'd agreed to without raising the price to make my apartment look better (ex: instead of doing touch-ups, they painted an entire wall of built-in shelves and the ceilings). Even more amazing, they accommodated me on only three days notice and responded promptly to every note or question I sent. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

I called Marco based on reviews found here on Angie's List and the Consumer's Checkbook. He came out for an estimate that afternoon and we went over the various parts of the job. He calculated an estimate at the visit, which was just below the other estimates that we had gotten at that point. I should add, also, that Marco's estimate included top of the line Benjamin Moore Aura paint. Marco is very popular, so we had to schedule out a ways, for about a month after I accepted the estimate. Marco was great about talking with me about what we wanted and offering his expert opinion (for example, I was considering an eggshell finish, but Marco suggested staying with a matte finish on my older plaster walls). Marco brought a crew of about 5 or 6 people and he was on the site working alongside his team the whole time, which I loved. They took great care of the furniture and floors while painting. I was at home during clean up and I've never seen a crew put in as much attention or care to cleaning up as this one. They were on the hands and knees cleaning up dust off the floor! The results of the work are beautiful. They clearly put a lot of time into the prep work, especially into our ceilings, which were cracking in places. (In fact, the ceilings gave them some trouble because they wouldn't dry properly, likely due to circulation issues and dampness in our attic. Marco re-did the ceilings, adding a half day to the job, and we reached agreement on an additional labor cost that likely did not reflect the actual amount of effort and headache it took for him to get them right.) The house had previously been painted by the sellers and they had clearly used some cut-rate painter. Marco's team made it feel like we were in a new house again.

Their prices were twice as high as competitors and wanted me to sign the contract right away.

Marco Fuentes and his crew of painters did an exceptional job of painting the exterior of my Sterling townhouse. They work well together as a team, do amazing prep work, and their painting is impeccable. As far as cleanup, I think they left my premises cleaner than before they arrived. I hope to have them paint the interior of my house this winter.

Our deck is very large and has 3 levels including a lot of lattice work and is 24 years old. Marco and his team knew just how much pressure to use on the powerwash, then sanded down places by hand, and repaired two small holes without our even asking. Careful re not getting stain on house, new AC unit, or in fish pond. They did a terrific job. Deck looks like new. We chose to use a solid stain this time since the deck is old. They used a sprayer to get the stain on and had a person behind there holding up a sheet to prevent the excess from staining the wrong places. Then used a small roller to spread the paint carefully and followed up with paint brushes. Were constantly checking to make sure they did not miss any crack or spot. Very careful and efficient. Good communication. Whenever there was a question or decision, asked us for an opinion/preference. One man powerwashed the first day, and today had 4 painters (including Marco) working the entire day staining the deck. Put on 2 coats of stain (which is different than most painters quoted us). Price was the same as other estimates. Only difference was that we wanted to choose our own stain and we purchased it separately. Glad to see that Marco took good care of his staff and they wore breathing masks to protect them from fumes even though they used Acrylic stain. Well worth the money. Will definitely use them again to paint both the exterior and inside of the house. -- We have used many painters in the past and this team is the best.

We were in a pinch and needed our master bedroom painted with short notice. Marco was able to quickly accommodate us in his busy schedule. He and his crew (a total of 3 people including Marco) did a fantastic job, which included striping on one of the walls. I could not believe how good the room looked after he was done and neither could my spouse upon seeing it. The base color looked beautiful, the stripes were perfect, the crown molding and trim and doors looked crisp and beautiful. We are very pleased. About the day and the crew: They worked a VERY long day and didn?t leave until the job was finished. Marco even came back as soon as I called him a couple of days later to cover some minor areas in the baseboards that didn?t get covered well enough the day of the job, something that I attribute to the fact they were working into the night with poor lighting in the bedroom. He and his crew are very polite and courteous. They are very respectful towards you and your property. They did a great job covering and protecting our property and cleaning up after the fact, particularly in light of the significant amount of sanding that had to be done for our doors and trim. They are very nice people and professionals at what they do. They work very efficiently too ? I was amazed at how quickly they got down to business. Marco is a perfectionist and prides himself on his attention to detail. I was there and saw as he kept catching and correcting previous imperfections on the wall and ceiling finish, such as nail pops that had been sunken in too deep and some evidence of improperly removed glue from what he suspected was a wallpaper job removed and painted over by the prior owner of the house. The one word of advice that I would give you before hiring painters is to make sure you write and/or discuss everything exactly as you want it done. I say this because I did a poor job of this at the outset, but at least I was there so Marco could reach out to me if any questions arose. Clearly itemize all colors and finishes (flat, matte, semi-gloss, etc.) for each of the surfaces (ceiling, walls, doors, trim, outlets, light switches and wall plates, HVAC vents, etc.) and/or ask the painter?s advice on these. Clearly state what you want done with any items removed from the walls and windows, such as curtains, blinds, brackets, etc. to make sure nothing is left to chance. That said, I HIGHLY recommend Marco and Millennium USA Painting.

We contracted with Millennium USA Painting to paint the interior of our entire two level townhouse in Arlington. They custom painted our home using a total of six separate colors, including the ceiling and trim paint. Marco Fuente and his staff were professional, courteous, and very friendly. Marco came back and did a minor repair and paint project which wasn?t in the original scope at no charge. His attention to detail is superb. If you are looking for interior professional painting, we highly recommend Millennium USA.

Things were excellent. We like them very much. They took their time and did not take any short cuts or anything. They were very personable and easy to talk to. We have actually used them three times. Their price was reasonable. It was not over priced but neither was it under priced.

Was my second time using Millennium. He spray coated my fence and deck in 2012 and then a fairly large playhouse/swingset in 2013. Both times, the quote was fair, and the work was done well, on time, and cleanly. I'll go back the next time I need exterior painting work done.

it went very well ... they went beyond what was expected and were extremely prompt and respectful of our home. One project was challenging because the wall was painted brick; the other was challenging because the trim was in bad shape. I would hire these guys again ... and probably will when we are ready to change some rooms. Very fair and honest. They did a small extra touchup job for me and refused additional payment. Best of all? The rooms look great!

I liked the painter, who is the sole proprietor of his company. He was knowledgable and detailed in his estimate. Not cheap but his estimate was half that of a competitor that is a larger company. I plan to use him next spring.

They were wonderful!. I needed the job done quickly, and Marco called me back within a couple of hours, came the next day to give me an estimate, and came back to do the work a few days later. After repairing the ceiling damage, they started on the paint. This was in a small bedroom, and they repainted the entire ceiling so that the color was consistent. But here's where they started going above and beyond. In a couple of places, the water had dripped down the wall along a window edge. I had some wall paint on hand, and Marco's group took that and didn't just paint the affected area -- they repainted the whole room! They also didn't just repaint the affected window trim (which I hadn't expected to start with) -- they repainted all the trim in the room so that the color would all match. And they did all of this in a little more than half a day. Everything looked wonderful; far better than it had before the water leak. They went so far beyond what I had expected that I felt I was under-paying. So I tried to pay them extra and Marco wouldn't take it! I was extremely impressed with every aspect of my dealings with Millennium USA and would (and have!) recommended them to others.

Marco was very professional and accomodating. He was resonsive and courteous. He was willing to meet me at my property at 6:30 to make it work. The estimate was 1900 for labor which was competitive. He was clearly very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him. In fact, I plan on contacting him to do some painting at my hose.

Marco and Omar painted the entire interior of a 2,500 sq. foot historic house. They did an excellent job. Good attention to detail. Very fast and efficient. In some cases they repaired damage to the plaster before painting and it now looks good as new. They are master painters and get the job done. I have used them several times and will do so again.

The quality of Millenium USA's work was excellent. They showed up on time and worked very long hours to complete the job in just two days. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. Please be aware that there is another painting company in Northern Virginia called "Millenium Painting." I used Millenium USA and would use them again.

We saw Marco's work in another home and asked them to do an estimate. The estimate was complete, including options for types of paints to be used. His team came here first thing in the morning (as requested), ready to work and worked throughout the day (more than 8 hours a day). The team was professional and cleaned up at the end of each day's work, were considerate of our animals - and we were comfortable enough to leave them unsupervised. They completed the job on time. As the job was finishing, he went through each room with us and made sure each room was perfect. He has high standards of his employees and has a lot of pride in his company.At the end of the project - we have asked him to do another estimate on our basement - and look forward to working with him again.

Millenium painted the entire inside of our new home including many dry wall patch needs. His entire team was competent, proferssional and timely. What I like most was the interaction with my wife and I - always giving us reasonable alternatives to problems - Marco is very solution oriented. We had such a good experience we had Millenium back to power wash our deck and pool area and, repaint and stain the deck. The team also cleared out and replaced rotted wood, recaulked and repainted all the trim around the house. All went quite well. We are very pleased.

I saw the ad for Millennium USA in our community newsletter. I contacted Marco Fuentes and asked him to give me an estimate on painting the exterior of my townhome. We set up an appointment and after he looked at the house he said he would send me an email. He did so, immediately. His crew came and performed the work as agreed. They were very neat and respectful of my property. I was so pleased with the exterior paint job, I contacted him about staining my deck and repairing my deck lattice. Once again, he gave me an estimate and performed the work as agreed. What impressed me most about Millennium was their promptness and quality of work.

I couldn't recommend this company more. This was the second time that I have used Millennium USA. My first group of projects that I used them on was the painting of the exterior of my house and completing a fence another contractor couldn't handle. Marco, the owner, came in with a great bid so I went with him. HIs crew did excellent work, came in on a Saturday morning at 7:00AM and worked all day to finish the job. When I needed additional interior painting and a retaining wall, I called Marco immediately. He provided me with a great estimate for a retaining wall constructed with 6x6 lumber and for painting two rooms. He and his crew arrived when he indicated he would and completed the project on time. They also painted two rooms in my house. The paint work was fast and very detail oriented. The retaining wall was especially difficult due to all of the trees in my backyard. The end result looked great for both the painting and the retaining wall. They did a great job and were very mindful of cleaning he work area up after the job was complete. Marco is a very genuine person and is a pleasure to work with.Like one of the earlier reviewers, we have small children AND dogs. Marco and his crew were great around both and were very mindful that we had a sleeping newborn while work was being performed. We had no hesitation leaving the guys working in our house while we had to run errands. If you're looking for great work and a great price from a company whose owner really values his customers you should give Marco a call.

We could not be happier with the outstanding job that Marco Fuentes and his crew did for our home. Everything they did ? starting with power washing, repairs, and other prep; and continuing right on up to the painting itself -- was done thoroughly and looks beautiful. They painted or stained a big deck, aluminum siding, windows, and much on the exterior of our large house. At every point, Marco and his crew showed their determination to get every detail right. They communicated with us very well about every part of the job. Marco made many good recommentaions, but was never pushy in the least. We are impressed by how hard each member of the team worked. They were very pleasant. All this they did for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again. The house needed many repairs and paint work, because the tenant who had just moved out caused a lot of damage. Work was needed inside (walls and a ceiling) and outside (exterior wall, replace a fence). Millenium made all the repairs outside and inside the house quickly and at a good price. As with the work that Millenium did on our first property (our residence, a colonial house), my wife and I were completely satisfied with the work they did on the second property (a rental townhouse). We highly recommend Mellenium.
