About us

Michele's Maids is a residential cleaning service that has been in business for over 13 years. Michele’s Maids is a women owned business that was started by me, Michele.For one year, my husband and I ran the day to day operations of our commercial janitorial business. After sometime, I felt I wanted to grow, but I also wanted to learn as I grew so I decided to start up a maid service division. We had plenty of employees willing to go on that journey with us, but I decided to do this with just one other person, my sister. Some days were harder then others and some days were just pure fun. Now when I look back, it always brings a smile to me. My decision to start Michele's Maids was the best business decision I ever made. I know what it takes to get a job done, so when I speak to my employees I speak from experience. I know that I can jump in at anytime and help when needed. I appreciate my employees so much more because I know first hand how hard they work.

I was referred to Michele's Maids by a friend who raved about their service. After a very professional initial consultation, I received a quote based on the number of rooms the crew would be cleaning (there are a couple of rooms we don't have them clean). I was pretty nervous initially, but our regular cleaning day has become my favorite day! Coming home from work to a clean house makes me so happy. We tend to accumulate clutter, so having a regular deadline to pick up the house is really good for us (though it caused a bit of anxiety in the early days). Over all these years, we've only had a couple of minor things that have broken, and they were always reported immediately with an offer to replace the items - either in person by the crew if we were home or via email by Michele if we weren't here. The service is fantastic and I think that the price is very reasonable for the service performed.

Called them to come and have now scheduled them regularly. They do an outstanding job and have provided them with a key.
Description of Work: Outstanding housecleaning includes floors, carpets, dusting, appliances, furniture, bathrooms, kitchens. Highly recommend.
