+ -1 moreTheir price was really good. For my daughter's room they only charged I think about $75 and for the price that I had, they painted entire house like all the other rooms. I had lot of color paintings for it is older home. They painted the entire house for around $1000. They were up on time and they were fair. They were punctual and I will use their service in the future.
Description of Work: We used their service about a year ago. They painted the entire mellow hollows that I have and they also painted my daughter's nursery, they did that with the painting. The work done was interior painting.

replacement windows
+ -1 moreCalled Andreas who said that he was nearby and that he could be right over. However, he didn't show up for an hour, but I discovered that he was standing for some time in front of my house talking on his cell phone. Felt I had to rip him away from his conversation for him to come inside. Andreas checked out the windows and said he would come back in a few minutes after he worked up the estimate. He came back with a number scrawled on a dirty piece of paper, with no details as to what work would be performed. To his credit, when I said I was also interested in buying the windows directly from a manufacturer (to avoid contractor mark up), he gave me the name and number of the website of his manufacturer and give me the price for labor only. Can't comment on the quality of his work, but I did not go with this contractor because I his prices were on the high side of the estimates I would have preferred a more organized, professional written estimate.
Description of Work: Got estimate for replacing 8 double hung windows. $4800 for materials and labor, or $3350 for labor only.
