For me, it did not go well because Mr. Mendez wanted to do the entire house and I only wanted his services for certain jobs such as restoring the subflooring, kitchen ceiling and 8 hours of painting. I will say that Mr. Mendez saw the house before it was clean and everything was removed from the house but wanted the entire job. He complained about the condition of the house which would be clean before I would schedule his company to do the work but the condition was not bad enough for him not to take the job at all. This leads me to believe that he is falsely advertising his services and the hours he and his company is willing to work.

Excellent service, reliability and great price. Mr. Mendez is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. We had interviewed other renovation companies and know the the many horror stories from friends and neighbors about selecting the wrong ones. Mr. Mendez and his workers were always professional, patient and courteous. The office staff showed a high level of responsiveness and respect. We enjoyed working with all of you. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend you and your company without reservation.

On time it took around 5 weeks including the final inspection, smooth and quality work, good Job!!

the project took roughly a month the work was well done they only work 5 days a week but i'm very satisfied with the speed the project was completed i think the price was right for the work it was better then the other quotes i had gotten i would hire them again and recommend to my friends and family

They covered and taped furniture, kitchen cabinets, door knobs. Crew got to my house early morning ready to work. Painters immediately began to do all the prep work, drop cloths, covered the furniture etc. The painters also cover the doors that were not going to be painted. Excellent job! Very Happy with the paint work done. I will highly recommended!

My wife and I were looking for someone to to replace the carpeting in the second floor and stairs leading to the second floor with hardwood flooring. We began by getting quotes from Home Depot and Empire Today. Mendez had done work for us in the past, so I asked him for a quote as well.Mendez offered a more competitive price than both Home Depot and Empire Today. He began by finding hardwood flooring that was similar to what we had in the main level of the house. The project began soon after he purchased all the material. I trust Mendez to work inside my house while both my wife and I are at work, so I left a key box with my house key so that he would have access to the house. His carpenter did an excellent job of installing the hardwood flooring. There were several details that Mendez missed, but he got everything fixed as requested. Overall, we're happy with the work that Mendez did and would recommend him to other people.

It went very well. Mendez team did a good job with a reasonable price. They painted the exterior of my house doors, window shutters, and the wood trims. They replaced some wood panels for the garage.
