His team did a great job painting our master bedroom, basement and hallway. All walls were mended and they cleaned up after themselves. His team also installed a new marble counter top in the bathroom and painted the vanity for a whole new look. They installed hard wood floors in our master bedroom which matched the rest of the house. His team was conscientious and hard-working. Any issues we were able to work through and I would recommend him.

We were very pleased with the work. We got several different estimates but were impressed by Mr. Mendez's understanding of the work to be done and his professionalism. The price he gave us was fair and even though he warned us that, if they found rot underneath the many layers of paint on our almost 100 year-old house, they would have to repair and charge us extra, - - they didn't . The work was done in a very careful manner and in complete detail. Mr. Mendez even gave us advice on the paint color; I had chosen a color for our steps that I thought would look great - Mr. Mendez suggested that I might want to try a different color and he was right - I like the alternate color I chose much better! He was very responsive to any concerns we had and his painters were pleasant and professional.

Mr. Mendez and his crew (Jose and Carlos) did an excellent job fixing my rotting entryway arch. They did high quality work and even did a few other “extras” to make it look even better. I was very pleased from beginning to end.

Mendez painting was a great experience start to finish. I highly recommend then. They were fast and efficient and a great price. The final product was excellent and even walked around after with us to ensure even inch of the job was to our satisfaction.

Mendez LLC, set up an appointment with us on Wednesday, 24 April 2019 for 5:00 pm and was a NO SHOW. We have not as of yet heard anything from the Mendez LLC regarding the appointment. There has not been a phone call or nothing from them. We cannot in good faith or conscious deal with the company. We withdraw and prefer not to deal with this particular company. We had made arrangement to meet with them and they were a no show.

Excellent. Very professional; answered my call the same day. Started work the next day. Stripped, primed and painted front door. It looks great.

Mendez Painting did an excellent job. They power-washed everything to start, inspected all my trim and then alerted me to several areas in need of replacement. They corrected the rotted wood areas which included re-hanging gutters. They went above & beyond what was contracted by power-washing creosote timber retaining walls on a walk-out basement and then stained the timbers.

Mr. Mendez and his worker showed up on time and on short notice. His crew finished the project very quickly, which was extremely important, because the tenant needed a working bathroom to make the apartment habitable. His work was so good, you could not determine that the floor and wall had been re-tiled and patched. Mendez Painting Services LLC was a lifesaver for my family and me.

Since the day I bought my home I'd wanted to have it painted. This year I finally took the leap and went with Mendez Painting Services. It was one of the best home improvement decisions I have made. Mr. Mendez and his crew were responsive, professional and accommodating. What I was most pleased with was the level of mastery from not only Mr. Mendez but his line crew. There was a particular design feature that I was uncertain about. Jose created a beautiful design that has all my neighbors raving! Overall a wonderful experience and the workmanship is more than I could have asked for.

A+ Job, Mr. Mendez was professional and worked well with me and my wife. His team got the job done. Did painting and installed vinyl siding the blew off in the last wind storm. He did more than I expected. He was extremely prompt, bought on Angieslist and was out the next day to review the job and scheduled the work 3 days later (based on my schedule). I highly recommend.

The work by Mr. Mendez and his team were incredible! Our townhouse needed paint work on the exterior and the project was finished with utmost quality. Mr. Mendez quickly responded to our needs and the price was literally the best in town! I would definitely work with Mr. Mendez and his team again.

Mr. Mendez and his team did a wonderful job on what ended up being a large, comprehensive, multi-phased project. Not only did they paint our living room and the ceiling in our dining room, but also prepped and painted base boards and installed shoe moulding throughout our nearly 2,000 sqft historic home. He even installed two ceiling medallions and brought in an electrician to fix our kitchen pendant lamp. Mr. Mendez was extremely responsive and respectful of our time, and made himself available to meet with me around my rather hectic work schedule (which meant evenings and weekends). The work was done with an eye for detail and high quality. I was so pleased with the project that I hired Mendez Painting to take on a second project a few months later. This project was even more daunting -- replacing the cracking plaster ceiling in our hallway landing and closet with drywall. He and his team again did quick and quality work. The attached photos do not do the work justice, but all that I took while work was in progress. (My poor planning.) I could not be more pleased and will definitely seek out the services of Mendez Painting the next time I need painting, drywall repair, or any such similar service. Grade A job at reasonable price! Highly recommend.

It went well. Technician missed a few things like painting inside and sides of doors and a hit and miss on frames of doors. I thought he rushed the job since it was only for 8 hours pay. I didn’t notice it till he left. I didn’t think I had to walk behind him to see what he was doing— as I assumed he was a pro and knew what he was doing.

The painter did a great job and worked quickly. I ran out of paint, and he offered to wait while I went to the store to pick up more, but it was only the stairway left, so I said I would finish it.

Project went great. Painting was done very well. As was the tile. Would definitely hire Mendez Painting Services for future projects. A few items I found Mendez himself to be helpful on: 1- Mendez did make some suggestions to replace baseboards in the rooms being painted, which at first I thought would be just an upsell, but his eye for that detail paid off as the newly painted baseboards really brightened up the room. 2- When we commented about the lack of options at the big-box hardware stores, Mendez made a suggestion for a local specialist tile showroom (Best Tile). Was a great suggestion as the showroom folks had lots of variety at many price points (vs HD who lacked a mid-price variety), and were extremely helpful in terms of matching color lots, grout, and other ancillary products.

Mendez Paiting did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them. We had our basement painted, as well as our entire house touched up after a previous paint job that was done unsatisfactory. They were professional, on time, and did quality work. We continue to call them for small projects here and there.
