Description of Work: My records indicate that Mendez Painting Services completed a painting job for me over a two-day period in early November,2014. I paid a total of $701.50 for painting my entrance foyer and family room. $499.00 was the |advertised price for the job. I paid $202.50 for extra time on the 2nd day. | |The work involved painting two rooms and repairing a small area in the ceiling of the foyer where rain water had entered from a gutter overflow during a hevy rain storm.I felt that the work could have been completed in |one day if the painters had been given paint brushes on poles. However, the painters were very, very careful not to spill any paint. They were also very careful about moving and replacing my pictures on the walls and |putting my furniture back in place. I was appreciative of the care they took with this. | |Mr. Mendez was very professional and appeared to be a good supervisor. After helping to set up the job and giving his two men instructions, he left.The painters followed through without further instructions. | |In the end, I was very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship, and I paid the overtime charge witout complaint.

Description of Work: The painted a full room and did some touch up work throughout the house. The work was good, but communication was a huge barrier. I paid extra because the job lasted beyond the 8 hours and received a lesser quality of work.

I know have a painter he do not speaking EnglIsh very well. Description of Work: They painted my family room and added additional $200.00 dollars on to what I had already paid Angie's list. I needed the work done so I paid it. Since I never used Angie's before I thought it was ok if the company made a change in the price.

I cant. said thank you by your comment because I never worked outside painting for you I think you are confuse with our company in the middle of the march a Mrs call me , and she ask me do you have warranty job in your company, I respond yes I do? and she told me can you came to my house take look getting the work your guys did for me last years she said not big thing you need to fix for me.. you can fix in 15 minutes I said her okay I will came tomorrow and she said great, I confirm see you tomorrow,, when I arrive to his house she told me I dont' you . you dont' i did my job.. and she said I sorry by having wasted your time to coming.. Description of Work: Painted an empty apartment. Didn't have to move anything. They were late, hung out on their phones, painting was uneven and they painted over the switch plates. When I approached them, they were argumentative and did not fix complaints to my satisfaction. I had to hire someone to clean up their mess!
