Mendez Painting Services arrived promptly, started the exterior painting, and repaired some damaged wood. The crew ensured the repairs and areas to be painted were cleaned, caulked, and prepped for painting. Mr. Mendez also performed the restoration of my deck. The work areas was cleaned and all debris was removed upon completion of the work. I am satisfied with the professional customer service provided. The time and quality of the completed work exceeded my expectations. He provided excellent recommendations which assisted in ensuring my home's beauty was restored. Outstanding and quality service!

They arrived on time, completed the job the same day, in spite of the fact that the fence was very long and not in good condition. It was built 7 years ago and painted 6 years ago. It looked awful. They had to scrape most of it, and spray painted it, two hands of paint. They did a very good job, Mr. Mendez recommended the type of stain and we chose the color. The results were wonderful. The fence looks like new. Good job! They cleaned up after painting, and protected all areas near the fence when they were doing their job so it all looks nice and clean. And the price was very reasonable, compared with other proposals I had. I strongly recommend them.

everything went well i had no paint spots left on my floors. the walls looked great sharp edges, the rooms with different color schemes were done perfectly the edges where the color was changed looked sharp and no bleeding or dripping, very happy, will defienently recommend and use in the future as well. very nice individual who is focused on customer service and attention to detail

The crew arrived on time and was very professional. They primed, caulked, patched the drywall in some spots, and painted all rooms, bathroom, kitchen including the kitchen cabinets, cathedral ceilings, doors and trims. Some of the walls required several coats of paint because they were previously painted with a dark color. They worked fast and finished the job in three days. After finishing the project the condo was thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. Diomedes met with me at the end to inspect the job and took care of a few details that needed touching up. He wanted to be sure the job was complete and that I was satisfied with quality of the work. Overall this was a great job. The price was reasonable; the crew was professional and efficient, and working with Diomedes was a pleasure. I strongly recommend Mendez Painting for your painting needs.

Painters were very polite and punctual. Difficulty was with quality (lines not straight where wall meets ceiling). At my request, a painter was sent back to fix; little apparent improvement. Again at my request, owner came out to inspect; he sent another painter back to fix identified areas. Some improvement but still not satisfactory. I gave up. At all times the workers and owner were very professional and easy to work with. Problem was quality, which appears to have been unfixable by this company.

Beautiful work!!! My home is a 95 year old Victorian with a lot of very nice wood trim, crown moldings, and chair rail. Mr. Mendez's crew did an absolutely stunning job. They painted in multiple colors, some cathedral ceilings, all the trim, and it looks AMAZING! Perfectly clean lines, no mess, great clean-up. Nice workers. Very quiet and professional and efficient. I was super impressed. Best painters I've ever dealt with. You can't go wrong with Mendez Painting!

Made an appointment over the telephone. Didn't show, didn't call, and wasted my time unnecessarily.

Mendez painting offered us the best quote for the work we needed done. They were professional and left the house clean when it was done. The only issue I had was getting in touch with them--they could be more responsive. Other than that, great experience.

Painting was quality work. However, large amounts of drywall dust were left on door frames, lignting fixtures and hardware fixtures.

Mr Mendez was very responsive and timely with our request. HIs crew did a great job and we would definitely hire them again.

They patched and filled and prepped and then painted the garage. They did a good job.

I paid for 40 hours of painting with Mendez Painting. I bought the deal in early September. It took forever, 2 months, for the work to be completed. It was very difficult to get them to show up. He would say someone was coming on a certain day but they didn't show up. I bought all the paint and they supplied the labor. I did not receive the 40 hours of painting. The owner kept changing the time and I had to show him the printed deal. He was going to charge me for equipment he rented and I told him no I would not pay him for that, it was not in the deal. I only received 31 hours of painting. I didn't want to deal with him anymore.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of work provided by this company. I sent a request to get a quote on Wednesday. He came to my residence on Friday and started work on Monday. The staff worked long days. They were punctual, friendly and did an excellent job. I would definitely use this company again.

Overall the project went well. Mr. Mendez came to estimate the amount of paint I would need and schedule the painters. The painters arrived promptly each day and cleaned up after themselves well. Mr. Mendez did overestimate the amount of paint I needed by 5 gallons but I just had some of it re-tinted when the next room needed painting.

Mr. Mendez and his crew did a very nice job with exterior paining, pressure washing and light carpentry for door frames. He was prompt and professional. Pricing was competitive and he was flexible with scheduling.

Overall it went ok - they were careful and professional. Pros: * they were polite, one of the two painters was very experienced and kept watch on the less experienced painter * they protected my floors & belongings and cleaned up afterwards * the overall paint job is very good, see my 'cons' notes below * they were responsive to my 'touch up' requests with no complaints - the primary paint day was overcast, so I'd gone over the paint job in the bright daylight next day and marked a few (very few) 'holidays', and they touched them up very professionally. Cons: * though they did prep for holes, etc., they did not prep/sand the walls where I'd test-patched paint like I'd requested - in daylight, you can see the squares of test patches under the paint * the line where the wall meets the ceiling in my stairwell is sloppy - areas where the experienced painter worked, it's fine. The not-so-experienced guy on Day two was not as good at it, though he did go back and touch it up and improve it. Still not the best. * as other reviewers mentioned, there is a language issue - the owner speaks English very well, the workers didn't. When in doubt, we got the owner on the phone and he translated. Overall, I recommend them as painters - just be very clear on expectations and then double check it. I still grumble on sunny days when I can see the test patch areas, but then I look at the rest of the room and am happy with the job.

The service went well. I didn't know how much to expect they would get done - I had two things that "must" get done, a third that would be nice to get done, and a fourth that would have been an added bonus. They accomplished the first three tasks - about 700 square feet of ceiling, a large, two-story atrium stairwell and the master bedroom. They did a careful job and we were satisfied with the results.

The work was ok. The challenge was scheduling the painting. It was a strange experience. The person who schedules the appointments forgot ours at least once, possibly twice, which we found out after calling to ask why the painters did not arrive at the scheduled time.

We moved into our new (to us) home in August and needed a lot of work completed. The house was built in 1938 and has good bones but needed painting and some repairs throughout. We contracted Mendez Services to paint the entire interior as well as a few other items in our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. Mr. Mendez and his assistant, Anna, responded promptly to my inquiry and Mr. Mendez quickly came out to do a site visit to create the estimate. There was a lot of work to do and they got an estimate to me within 24 hours. Because we wanted specific colors throughout the house, I purchased the paint and he was fine with this, even recommending the type of paint he felt we needed for the project. Once I agreed to the estimate he had his team out the next business day to begin the work. His assistant, Anna, was courteous and helpful throughout the process. Mr. Mendez was very accessible and was onsite frequently to oversee or participate in the work. Most of the work was done within a week and we were very pleased with the outcome. At the end of the project Mr. Mendez did a personal walk through with us and we pointed out some odds and ends that needed to be touched up or fixed. We didn?t make it that easy with all of our furniture and boxes lying around from the recent move but Mendez was willing to come back a few times to address small items needing attention. His final statement was that he wants his customer to be happy and he will personally inspect the work with the customer at the end of the project to make sure of it. We were very pleased with the result and the price and will use Mendez and team again in the future.
