After trying to sell a house for several months with one agent we found Meg Ross. She came to us with all the tools and energy needed to list and sell the house at minimal stress and effort to us. Web site, brochure, mailings, marketing and sales. She quickly set up a time line and list of tasks, we simply followed the instructions. The house went on the market it sold in a week. Meg makes the whole ordeal bearable and simple. The genius is how she makes it look so easy and she deals with all the stress. It's awfully tough to make a house sell successfully. Meg made it painless and effortless for me. Just listen and follow her lead. She is simply the most organized and professional person I've met many many years.

Consistently professional. I always felt I was prioritized. She's the kind of professional you wish everyone in your world was like. She operates both from her head and from the heart - it's quickly evident that she respects the gravity of the investment you are making in buying a home. Not only was it my first home buying experience, but I was also doing it all on my own. WIth her as an agent, it didn't at all feel like it was a solo endeavor on my part. She was with me through all of the gory detailed administrative steps, and was available for thoughtful conversations regarding every single consideration that went through my mind. She is always high energy, optimistic, and authentic which helps keep your own energy level up through the ups and down of the search. She kept my needs in mind. For example, there was a home I fell in love with but it didn't have one of my "must-haves" and she found a way to remind me so that I made a choice based on all considerations. She really listened to what I said in my first meeting with her, and was mindful of it. I wasn't the only one who noticed. When I spoke to a mortgage lender who works with her, and I made a comment about how I can tell she really cares about my experience, he responded saying he'd been in the business a long time, and that she stood out as someone who works for the clients' needs. My parents met her and my father commented how professional she is. In fact, Meg was extra flexible when they came and I wanted to show them the house I'd fallen in love with (and ruled out), just to get it out of my system. She scheduled a second trip on the same day to make sure they got to see it while they were in town, even if it wasn't on our original agenda. I have already recommended her to two friends and have zero doubt that I'll be recommending her again and again. Good luck!!

As a first time buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Meg made the process seamless. Meg worked tirelessly for four months to find me the perfect house! She explained the entire process patiently and professionally as our search continued. When we found the house, Meg was with me every step of the way through the negotiations and closing. Meg is an extremely talented and knowledgeable realtor ? I would strongly recommend her without hesitation. My wife and I recently went through the home-buying process for the first time and Meg walked us through everything (and I do mean everything) and made it fun and painless every step of the way. We were absolutely thrilled with her constant efforts on our behalf and couldn't be happier with the house we purchased with her. We loved, loved, loved our experience with Meg. Not only did Meg market our condo really well (it had its own website!), but she also staged it beautifully and made fantastic recommendations on how to sell the condo quickly. We kept in close contact throughout the entire process, which was very comforting to us and helped ease our anxiety. Meg was also very thorough and efficient in helping us get the best prices. Once we bought our new house Meg was thoughtful enough to give us a closing gift and even brought over drinks and sandwiches on moving day! Meg is FANTASTIC. I didn't know it was possible to be 200% satisfied with a Realtor. She works VERY hard for her clients and is such a pleasure to work with. We trusted her completely. She did a fantastic job marketing our house and we sold in just 2 weeks, during the time when the average time for houses to sit on the market was about 2 months. She was wonderful with helping us find our new home too -- she was incredibly proactive about seeking out houses that might interest us and getting us in to see them as quickly as possible, often before they even officially were listed. She helped us through every stage of the way, never pushed us, offered sound advice on what was a good buy vs what wasn't, and was enjoyable to deal with the entire time.

Worked with Meg over a few years to find just the right house and financing. She was always a joy to work with. She understood exactly what I needed - steered me towards appropriate homes and gave great advice on those that were not appropriate for one reason or another (needing too much work, neighborhood, price, etc.). When we found the house I eventually purchased, she was the consummate professional in dealing with the negotiation process, completing paperwork and contracts and following through on every detail of the transaction. She stayed in contact with me and my lender through the mortgage approval process always making sure that at every i was dotted and t was crossed. When we closed - she was as excited as I was ... she truly put "her all" into the entire process. Since then I have recommended a few people to Meg and they have been as pleased as I was. I would highly recommend Meg to anyone buying or selling a home - she is dedicated, professional, knowledgeable and respectful to her clients throughout the process - and beyond!
