It went very well. The crew carefully dug over 3' deep in the minimum sites(3), very carefully avoiding damage to my underground sprinkler system and utility lines. The main method used was the bore method, drilling the hole for the replacement pipe underground without having to carve a long, deep trench in my yard from the curb to the pipe's entry point under my deck. They worked in mud in my soaked flower bed and even carefully removed plants that were in their way and re-planted them when they were done. They did a good job with clean-up and after the required county inspection, refilled the three holes, tamped them down with equipment, spread grass seed and covered the affected areas with hay. They did the whole thing with a minimum of water service disruption. The rigged my garden hoses to keep the water flowing after shutting down the flow to the leaking pipe. The only time they had to shut the water off for a little while, was when they were ready to make the new connection. It is a family owned business and it was obvious they were committed to getting the job done right.

THEY'RE VERY GOOD OVERALL AND DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE VERY CONCERNED WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION, BUT THEY HAVE A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH RESPONDING BACK TO YOU. BUT THIS IS PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY ARE SO BUSY, AND SO GOOD.
