+ -1 moreEverything went really well. I was most impressed with their responsiveness. I requested a plumber on March 8th late at night and they responded with a phone call and came out here the next day in the morning to get the project taken care of.
Description of Work: They replaced the water valve behind the refrigerator. They also installed some drywall in which other service professionals were unwilling to do.

+ -1 more8/17/2015 - Mr. Burga responded to my negative review on Angie's List with an explanation that he has been out of commission for the last few days due to a back injury. Because I truly believe he was incredibly responsive (within 2 days) to my original inquiry, I advised him that I will amend my original review to give him the benefit of the doubt. He offered to come by to give me an estimate, however we already have 3 or 4 estimates, and we will make a selection in the next week or so. (I would simply withdraw my review so it won't negatively impact Mr. Burga's excellent rating on Angie's List, but I guess that's not allowed.)
Description of Work: I contacted MBC through Angie's List on 7/27/15 because they got some terrific reviews here. Mr. Burga called me back on the 29th, and left a message on my cell phone to call him back. I called back immediately and got a message that said his mailbox was full. So I sent him a second message (the same day he called me, on July 29th) via Angie's List advising him of this, and asking him to call again. I am sure he's busy, but now it's been 2 1/2 weeks. If he doesn't have the time to do our job, he could at least say so in SOME form of communication so I can try to get someone else. I was originally so impressed that he called me within a couple of days, I am extra-disappointed at the total lack of follow up. I'm calling other people in the hopes that someone else has better follow-through.

+ 1 moreEverything went REALLY well with MBC. They are a model company when it comes to great services at a great price. The principal owner Miguel, was very friendly and professional all the way through it. Right from the beginning he was involved and stayed easily accessible all the way through both projects. He always came over with his team to initially supervised that things were going well and made sure that I was happy with the work in the end with a "GUARANTEE" to fix anything if it wasn't right AND this is where he excelled! 2 boards in my floor started coming loose a couple of months later and I immediately called miguel to let him know....without hesitation he sent 2 guys over to repair and fix the boards at no extra cost. It was the greatest customer services I've ever had. Thanks!
Description of Work: MBC did 2 projects with me. They Installed my entire floating floor (650 sqft) and also installed a drop ceiling with recess lighting....the whole process took less then 3 days and was great.
