We have used Keystone several times. They are always friendly and quick to help out.

Couldn't have been better. PC was dead and I couldn't take it to shop -- and I use system for working at home. Technician promptly arrived after my call, worked a bit, said he'd be happier taking it to shop with tools and diagnostic equipment. Returned next day with much happier PC and very cost-effective bill. I've used them for 10+ years, have had several systems custom built there, have had multiple repairs done on various systems, and have recommended them to many people and businesses. Highly recommended.

I couldn't be more pleased with Keystone's services. Win is responsive, clear, knowledgeable and experienced -- a true professional. The first time my computer crashed, he was, amazingly, able to get it started again despite the fact that all I was able to get was repeated blue screens of death. The second time, it crashed beyond salvation -- but he still managed to extract all the data.

The technician arrived on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to access the router, correct the IP problem and connect the computer that had not been receiving a signal from the wireless router to our wireless router and our Internet service provider. In the process of fixing one computer, the second computer in the house became unable to stay connected displayed conflicting information about whether there was or was not a connection. The technician told us that we should consider purchasing a new router and a new wireless adapter (for one of the computers). He charged us $250 and left. Later in the day, I unplugged the wireless adapter and then plugged it in again in another USB port. The problem is fixed, at least for now. The technician later told me in a follow-up email that the situation with the computers in our house was "flakey."

We paid for expert service and got it.

What I love is that if there is a problem you don't have to go through a tree menu or hour's wait to talk to their tech people. In addition, if there is a problem you can just take the computer in with no worry about sending it.
