Katie was amazing to work with! Katie came to us by a family referral and took over during the middle of our home buying search. We brought in contractor after contractor, literally spending countless hours there, to see if we could add the addition that we wanted. Thankfully we could and went forward with the sale. The purchase of our new home went off without a hitch -- thanks to Katie. And, the sale of our old house was so quick and easy, it is surreal that it even happened. Again, it was pre-market at an above-market price -- and again, Katie acted in our best interest, not hers. Potential buyers and sellers, I can not recommend Katie and her team highly enough.
