+ -1 moreI used JorgeTechGuru services on several occasions and each time I would receive wonderful costumer service and all my needs and concerns would be satisfied. I called Jorge because I needed to update my windows XP to something faster and better. Jorge walked me though all pros and cons and carefully listen to all my demands for the computers and advise me to buy my new Windows 8 laptop. I was so happy with my choice. The other time I called Jorge was when I would get constant pop ups to run updates, however all those updates require administrative password that I did not remember. I called Jorge to set up an appointment. He was at my house next day. Jorge patiently listen to all my concerns. He promptly reset my admin password, run all necessary updates. He also removed some malware that he found on my computer. It took him 2.5 hours to complete the job, now my computer runs faster and I don't get those irritating pop ups. I highly recommend JorgeTechGuru and I will be using his services whenever I have a computer issue.
Description of Work: Jorge assisted me with the purchase of a new computer, transfer of all of my photos, music and documents from my old computer to my new computer. He also reset my administrator password that I forgot and updated my computer and removed a virus.

+ -1 moreHe was prompt, polite and patient with my questions. He provided the service over 3 scheduled ( by me) sessions in my home. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Jorge. He made sure that I understood what was done and how to use the new programs.
Description of Work: Transfer data to new computer; Setup home network; cleanup and download data to laptop.
