The President of IMGt, Ali El-Khatis, came to my house to see the work required for my kitchen renovation. He was referred to me by a company that had given me an estimate for kitchen cabinets. (they share space with IMGT) Ali said he would get back to me with a proposal. After a week, when I could not reach him, I e-mailed my contact at the cabinet company. He said he would get in touch with Ali and get back to me. After several calls and e-mails, he told me Ali said I would have the estimate the next day. IT NEVER CAME. I made several attempts to reach both of them. Neither returned my calls. If Ali, at IMGT, was not interested in doing the work, then just say so. It was incredibly rude and unprofessionalism to keep putting me off for several weeks and then never respond. Certainly not a good way to run a business.

I have used International Marble and Granite in both my condominiums and intend to use them as I remodle my kitchen. They are sometimes difficult to get on their schedule, but well worth the wait. They are wonderful. I highly recommend. I can only say that I loved the work and would highly recommend Ali and his team. They were extremely professional and the tile work is a higher quality than what I see anywhere else. I trust Ali to make great recommendations and impeccable taste. I highly recommend International Marble Granite and Tile.

This is the fifth job that Ali and his crew have done for us over the past 20 plus years. The projects included included removing a fire[lace heart and replacing it with marble, plus a marble surround; removal of a 1940s tile bathroom floor for a granite replacement; counters for an 18-ft kitchen addition; and a bar counter, in addition to the current job. In all cases IMGT has provided quality materials and labor at a good price. Workers have shown up when they said they would and done a complete job. I have never had any complaints and highly recommend them.

It went very well. The owner and manager were there every day supervising the work. They did an excellent job in a very timely manner. I would very highly recommend them.

I like all the people I dealt with. They were dependable and cleaned up well. Lily gave excellent advise which helped out a lot.

LIED. STOOD ME UP TWICE. SCHEDULED WORK TWICE. DO NOT RETURN CALLS. TOLD ME THE MARBLE CUTTER WAS BROKEN, THEN TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE MARBLE SLAB.
