Description of Work: Innovative Audio and Video were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and they ensured that I was completely satisfied with their installation of my audio equipment. They recommended different options with various price points, pointing out the trade-offs between quality, power and price. They took their time in understanding my situation and needs and then delivered the solution in a timely manner. I am as impressed with this company as any that I have ever encountered. In fact, this is my first Angie's list review as I just felt compelled to let everyone else know what a great team they are.

+ -1 moreThe work was completed very promptly. It was actually owner/operator and they are very good. They are very knowledgeable, professional, customer-service-oriented, and prompt to return e-mails or phone calls in light of the shoddy work done by a prior installer. The prior installer was not nearly as available. The guy basically went out of the country half-the-time. In contrast to the prior installer, he was head and shoulders above. The price is sort of expensive, but you get what you pay for. Jon Linville is his name.
Description of Work: I have used Innovative Audio and Video. They repaired an older installer’s shoddy work.

+ 2 moreThe initial work and all subsequent upgrades, augmentations, service etc. has been outstanding. Jon is a high integrity guy who does what he says and does high quality work.
Description of Work: Jon was responsible for the installation of a complete home automation and video/audio system in my home. This included the install and wiring for multiple rooms, TV's, speakers, and a dedicated high end home theater. His knowledge of home automation and audio/video equipment and install is first rate.
