+ 0 moreEstimates were provided for each job and estimates were relatively close to the final cost. All of the work was done professionally and on time. Workers were always friendly and courteous. The job site was cleaned daily. Hevi Improvements receives a builder discount at Home Depot which we were able to take advantage of...i.e..with our approval, all material was purchased at Home Depot and delivered to our house by the owner of Hevi Improvements (Henry). Our arrangement was for (Henry) to select the material at Home Depot. Home Depot would then call us for approval to use our credit card. Henry provided us a paid invoice for all material purchased.
Description of Work: Prepared and painted the exterior or our house. Identified structural problems on the porch and in a shed. Replaced deteriorating structural beam on the porch. Designed and completed structural repair to the shed to meet code. Power washed and stained two decks.

+ 2 moreVery happy with end result. The job was done on schedule. They were very accommodating and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Moved light switch from one side of the wall to the opposite, painted the bathroom, installed a vanity and a recessed medicine cabinet, installed a back-splash for the vanity, re-grouted the tub and the tile, replaced some broken tiles
