+ -1 moreI would not recommend him. He did not do what he said he would do. In my opinion it was below average to almost unsatisfactory. I would say go somewhere else. He is a descent sort of guy I just thought his work is sub par. For what he did he is over priced. He is easy to deal with but that should of been a red flag. I will not use him again.
Description of Work: I hired Hank Horn to clean the grout and replace it as required in two and a half bathrooms.

+ 0 moreOutstanding in all respects. Best of 5 companies that I interviewed and each demonstrated a sample of their work. While he was not the lowest price, he was the best performer. His focus on attention to detail and his quality work was the best of all 5.
Description of Work: Cleaned and polished 3 marble bathrooms and showers, cleaned all grout lines and repaired as necessary, regrouted master bath and shower, caulked all edges and corners, and sealed with a polished marble sealer.
