Tony, the owner, takes great pride in his work, which I very much appreciated. The first step in my remodeling project was designing the kitchen. I worked with a cabinet designer and came up with what I thought was a great design. However when Tony came to double check the measurements and review the design, he identified several issues with the design. After the designer made all of the revisions Tony suggested, I was just amazed...it was now perfect! Tony also went over the estimate for all of the work with me, making sure that I understood the estimated scope of work. Not only do I not have to worry about Tony's quality of work but I also do not have to worry about Tony ignoring issues discovered while working that are outside the scope of work. Tony identified some significant plumbing issues, which he promptly brought to my attention, explained why the issues needed to be addressed, and provided me with an estimate for the additional scope of work. I beyond happy with the work completed by Tony and look forward to working with him again on my future projects.

OUTSTANDING EXECUTION! HandySmith has performed multiple projects for us over the past 15 years in multiple houses. All of my projects finished on time (or early), on budget, and with excellent workmanship. HandySmith passed all inspections the first time. Work zones and surrounding areas were clean at the end of every day. High caliber subcontractors were selected and held to high standards. HandySmith was onsite and supervised subcontractors, unlike other contractors I've worked with historically. I had begun to update my mother's powder room and quickly found there was more that needed to be done than I had time or ability to accomplish. Having worked with Tony before, I contacted him to see if he would be interested in picking up the pieces. What was supposed to be a simple wallpaper removal and new vanity/sink install turned into that plus wall repairs, new toilet and plumbing. Tony was so knowledgeable and skilled he made it look like child's play. He even provided invaluable input when selecting the new cabinet and sink. The end result is just gorgeous, I don't know where I would have been without HandySmiths!
