They are terrific. They do things for me every year. It's actually a sealant that they treat your carpet with so that it doesn't change the feel of your carpet at all, but it just makes it more water resistant and soil resistant. It's a terrific service. I don't remember the cost. They do the same kind of thing with upholstery. They are every prompt, very professional, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. They are very fast in doing everything. The treatment works. It is 100 percent effective. I am a regular customer of theirs and I am actually due to have them out next week.

I like them. They use a material that cannot be seen to cover the carpet to protect it. I have a brand new carpet that was also sealed by them, but I somehow managed to get red nail polish on it. They come right out and one time I called them in the middle of the night. They also tell you what to do if something fell on the carpet. They came out and cleaned the carpet that had nail polish on it and also came back again in 2 days to take off the rest of it. They are fantastic and worth the price they charge.

They were very professional. What I liked the most about them was the quality of their product, which is very good. They were very pleasant to deal with. I got a warranty, which is good for sixteen months.
