Stephanie is very responsive. If she can't answer the call personally, she will call back promptly. She listens to her clients and takes the time to ask if there is anything special they should pay attention to or avoid when cleaning or if there are special requests. Regular furniture/wood cleaning products should not be used on my furniture so I requested that it not be used and I feel confident that this is understood and that the message will get properly communicated to the cleaning crew. I've used other services before and that was never the case. My house looked great when I arrived home and smelled very freshly cleaned.
Description of Work: Cleaned my 4-story townhouse - hardwood floors, vacuumed carpet on stairs and top level, cleaned bathrooms, kitchen, dusted, straightened up pillows/magazines, made beds, etc. I had them clean once before also, when I planned to sell my house and they did a great job. Now that I am staying in my house, I decided to set up regular service.
