Dr Glass Window Washing

It went great. This is about the fifth year that I have used Dr. Glass and they know what I like and how to preform. They arrived on time, entered the home, removed their shoes, laid out crop cloths and started the work. They moved some furniture, and were very, very careful. They were quick but through. Great crew!

Fantastic, this is the 4th time I have used Tim, and everyone of his crews is great, super nice and respectful, efficient and professional.

They really had very good reviews on Angie's List and everybody seemed very positive about them and I had a conversation with somebody who worked for them and he seemed very professional, knowledgeable, competent and they did a great job. The windows look fabulous. I wasn't actually here when they came but my husband was. I think they were less than some of the other places that I called.

I contacted the company on March 24th and they got back to me right away. I emailed a list of our window types and how many windows we had and they gave me an estimate promptly. It seemed fair and we scheduled for April 1 weather permitting (which it did). The crew (John and Nathan) were terrific, respectful of our furnishings and garden plants -- and were very tidy. They did the interior, exteriors, sills, and some re-caulking. We couldn't be more pleased. They exceded our expections. The windows didn't look this good when we had them installed! I asked for several of their cards and they gave me a nice flyers. We already have given one to a neighbor.

You know that expression, "Strive for excellence"? Well, Dr. Glass has actually accomplished excellence. This is the third year in a row that we have used their services. Tim, the company's owner, is accessible, friendly, and professional. He makes the scheduling process simple - and even follows up with a reminder call. Each of the technicians has been professional and personable. I can't say enough about what a nice guy Fred is. And what a great job he did he did this past week. Our windows sparkle! Thanks, Fred. And thanks to Tim, too. I highly recommend Dr. Glass.

Working with Tim Poly was a pleasure. He gave me a number immediately which I accepted and he worked with me on scheduling. I think the job was more than anticipated so the crew was unable to complete the job the first day. Jon left soon after arriving but his crew worked around many obstacles and put everything back in place as they went. These 2 guys were phenomenal. Luis returned to do our skylights including one over a stairwell. They also did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Because all the work could not be done in one day, Tim discounted the price which was more than fair. I will use Dr. Glass again.

They were great! The crew led by Luis was polite and very neat and clean. They arrived on time as promised and did an excellent job. The crew was very organized, well prepared and very productive. You couldn't tell they were even in my home after they were done except for beautiful sparkling clean windows. We will definitely use them again.

It went great! They arrived on time, took their shoes off when entering my apartment. Helped move all the furniture and window dressings and got right to work removing the screens and storm windows. They cleaned the inside and outside of the double hung windows and they look great. They washed the screens and clean the storm windows. When finished, they picked up and put every things back in place. They were quick, efficient, neat, quiet, and very, very professional. I have used them a number of years and will do so again.

Communication was terrific. The crew was punctual, professional, and efficient. They went out of their way to do the skylights, which involved some climbing, and did an excellent job on some windows that were hard to reach both inside and outside the house. They mDe sure that I was satisfied before they left.

I don't know how they do it. The windows aren't just clean, but stunningly clean. A neighbor asked if I had had new windows installed. The crew was friendly and worked flat out.

I was so pleased with the work that the crew did on my windows. They were so efficient. My concerns for carpets, furniture, etc was a question mark in my mind, I should have never been concerned. The screens were cleaned, the seals were cleaned and the windows were spotless. I really cannot say enough good things about the service I received. I hope to use this service again in the spring and am so delighted.

As usual, they did an outstanding job. The window cleaners were very respectable of the objects surrounding the window and took utmost care to not disrupt the household. They were cordial and friendly. The windows and doors shine--they never let me down. I keep going to them. You will not be disappointed.

I live in a 4 story townhome near the river. Tim Proly sent his best crew, led by John. All three cleaners were very professional and adept at their job. Windows had not been professional cleaned in a few years. The crew completed the task in just over 3 hours. I can see an actual difference in the amount of light that comes into the house. I should have called them sooner. I plan to use them every Spring to clear away the winter accumulation of dirt.

Once again, Tim Poly and his crew have done a wonderful job. The scheduling process was easy. Tim had the window specs for our home on record and was able to give me a speedy estimate over the phone. On the day of the service, Luis and his crew called in advance to let me know they were enroute. They were prompt, courteous, and did a great job cleaning the exterior of over 40 windows, screens, and window sills (including the interior of two high windows I cannot reach). Our screens can be challenging to put back on but they reinstalled them perfectly. I definitely recommend Dr. Glass for window washing services.

The arrangements for the service went very smoothly. After we initially contacted them, they came out and did an estimate. They arrived right on time on the date of service, and were very polite and courteous. They even took off their shoes inside the house. I was working at home that day, and they were very careful not to disturb my work....more careful than they needed to be. They thoroughly cleaned the windows; it is almost like having a new house; the windows have never been that clean and sparkly before, and most of them are very old Anderson windows. Even though this was a large job, given the number and size of the windows, it only took them about four hours. We are so pleased and will definitely use them again.

Excellent! Tim was very responsive when I initially contacted him and I received a quote quickly. I was impressed with how quiet and professional the window washer was when he did the job. All of the windows look great, especially the windows in the back of the house that were extremely dirty. The job was very well done and I will definitely use them again!

Professionalism and thoroughness were outstanding. Tim Poly, owner of the business, not only offered us a generous discount, but he also gave me the names of two other alternatives in the event that we either thought cost was too high or schedule would not work. Crew arrived exactly when they said they would. I expected a substantial amount of chaos but there was none because the team was quiet, efficient, and the windows and skylights are sparkling. I highly recommend them and even without discount in future, would call them first!

The team from Dr. Glass were outstanding. from our first contact to their arrival everything went as smooth as glass. The two man team arrived on time and went to work on the 17 windows and two sliding glass doors. They did a through and totally professional job and my wife and I could not be happier with the results. We strongly recommend Dr Glass for any homeowner who wants his windows cleaned properly. Their work was outstanding.

Louis and his crew were fantastic! They were punctual, polite, expedient and thorough. I think Dr. Glass offers a great product for an extremely reasonable price. I use them every year, two times a year and it is fantastic. They accomplish in a couple of hours what would probably take me a couple of days to do!

The window washing crew were fantastic. This is the firth or six time that I have used the company and each time they improve and exceed expectations. The crew was polite, respectful, professional, and quick. They called me to tell me they were on the way. They arrived and ready to work. They entered the apt., removed their shoes, moved furniture to access the windows and went right to work. One guy took all the screen outside and washed them. The rest of the crew worked on the windows. They put everything back where it was when they arrived (furniture). Picked up after them selves. Great group of guys.

They are great and I wish everyone would used them.
