Dr Glass Window Washing

Description of Work: They took 3 big storm windows off, cleaned them and the windows behind them and replaced the storms. They brought a crew for each window so the work was done quickly and well.

Description of Work: They cleaned the windows inside and outside for our entire home. The scheduling was a bit frustrating because they came too early and we had another contractor in the house. Ultimately, they did a nice job and went out of their way to try to clean a large window on our third floor. I wish they had just told us when they quoted us that it wasn't possible OR they needed to bring a larger ladder. No price concession was provided for this window, but we didn't complain since overall the job was well done.

Description of Work: Cleaned all the windows inside and out. We have a 2 story wall of windows and they did a great job. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Description of Work: Washed a lot of windows and French doors plus exteriors light fixtures. I thought some areas on the inside sills were left dirty but the owner, Tim, offered to send someone back. This is a very good company. Not inexpensive but very trustworthy and careful.

Description of Work: We hired Dr. Glass to wash the exterior of our windows and storm windows. Our house is old and still has the old removable storm windows which need to be physically removed to be washed. They are heavy and pretty much a pain in the neck! Nonetheless, Dr. Glass charged a very reasonable price and did a wonderful job getting them sparkling clean.Every aspect of our interaction with the Dr. Glass team was top notch and professional. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I contacted 3 companies from Angie's list to get our windows cleaned before the holidays. Dr. Glass was not the lowest bidder- another company was lower but was late responding to my messages. However, I was extremely pleased with Dr. Glass and will probably use them again next time. The crew spent over 3 hours working and got every speck of dirt off windows and sills. Two of my windows were too high off the ground for their ladders, and they returned a week later to complete the job. They did not want payment until they had finished the work. The workers were uniformly professional, friendly and in general a pleasure to have around.
