The job went very well. We originally scheduled for a Friday and they called a few days before to ask if we the work performed earlier, which is something that we've never had offered, but we declined as we had already had our schedules set. The crew was on time as scheduled and they proceeded to divide and conquer. We have fifty-seven windows in our house so it took a few hours, but they washed the windows inside and out, cleaned the window sills, ledges, and screens. Everything was put back the way it was and there was minimal disruption. They even called back a couple of weeks later to check on our satisfaction with the work. We also received a $30 Angie's List discount. They did a great job and it was an instant pick me up to the overall look of the house. We will definitely call them again next season.

Crew of three worked about 7 hours and did a fine job. They missed a few screens, but would have come back to do them if asked. They were very careful with our furniture and effects. We will certainly use this company again.

Outstanding! Not only was all work done exactly as promised (with a detailed written estimate), but Tim and his crew were extremely polite and friendly. Tim took the time to explain all details of the job, and when there was any question of how we wanted things done, he discussed the options thoroughly. His team worked hard all day and even stayed late to make sure the job was finished in one day. All in all, an outstanding job and a wonderful experience. If you need this kind of work done, don't bother looking any further.

Start to finish, Tim and his crew were great. Tim came to the house to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. The crew was prompt, courteous and clean (very important to underscore the care they took with our property). You would not have known anyone was in the house). They were meticulous with the windows, even returning the following day to re-do a window that Tim wasn't satisfied with. Our windows hadn't been cleaned in a very long time (at least 4 years) and now they look great. I had initially thought the estimate was a little high (I've never had windows cleaned before and had no frame of reference), but they worked very hard on our house and by the end of the job I thought they might actually have underbid the project. Would highly recommend Tim Poly to others in the area.

Arrived on time, were very conscious of our home and wore foot protectors, were very tidy, performed the work in the time frame estimated, very reasonable and very nice people. The owner is a very nice man. Highly recommend!

Tim came out the same day we contacted him to provide an estimate. He scheduled the work at our convenience. He arrived when promised and works quietly and efficiently. They were great.

The job Tim Poly, the owner, and Mike, his assistant, did was truly amazing. My windows were very dirty and they did a remarkable job. They were extremely courteous and neat and worked non-stop for eight hours doing a thorough job of cleaning the windows. They left no mess at all and replaced the curtains and anything else that was in their way. I would recommend Tim to anyone who wants to use a contractor that does really great work, in addition, one's that are as professional and courteous as Tim and Mike.

Dr. Glass returned my email quickly and gave me an estimate via email (after I let him know age of house, # of windows, # of floors, location, etc.). We agreed on a date and the price. He even offered a discount for Angies List customers! When we had a medical emergency the day the window cleaning was scheduled, they were great about moving the date at no extra cost/fee. They showed up on time the day scheduled and worked all day. When it was obvious our windows needed more "elbow grease" than anticipated, they kept at it and agreed to come back the next day to finish it up (at no extra cost to us). They brought their own cleaning equipment and ladders, and there was no mess. They cleaned up as they went. They even wore "footies" in the house over their shoes! Overall, we were very very happy with their work and professionalism. We highly recommend them and will be sure to schedule our next window cleaning before our daughters wedding with them.
