Dr Glass Window Washing

Everything went well. Window washing is a nice luxury but for a large home, it’s costly. Also, you may find that your screens could be difficult to re- install once they are removed, and windows could be more difficult to close due to infrequent use.

Person was very nice & friendly. Did an excellent job and asked if there was anything else he could do at the end. He was professional and I could tell he seemed proud of his work. I'd hire again (we have used 3x's now) WITHOUT hesitation.

The best service I have ever received by any contractor. The men were courteous, respectful of my property and efficient. Because I have Pella windows and doors it was a big job with 4 sides of glass to every window.

Absolutely perfect. The crew was friendly and professional, and thorough! This is the 5th time we've used Dr. Glass in two different homes. Each time they did a superb job. They even wiped the shutters on the front of the house. The windows sparkle and all corners are free of swipes/dust. Plus, they did the whole house in ~1.5hrs. They showed up on time and immediately started the job. This is the only window-cleaning company we'll use.

Dr Glass sent a team of three to our home to complete the window cleaning service. They arrived on time and went immediately to work. They were very well organized and each person knew exactly what their role was. Ours was a fairly large job with well over 60 windows and doors involved. From beginning to end the team worked non-stop for 5-6 hours. We hardly knew they were in or around our home. They moved the furniture that needed to be moved and replaced in in exactly the same location. They did an excellent job on the windows, screens and window sills ... as good as new and what a difference. This is the third time we have used Dr Glass and we will use them again.

The team did a wonderful job. They were very professional and left the windows sparkling. They also made sure there was no mess left inside or out. I have used Dr. Glass for many years and because I always receive the same wonderful service.

This was the first time we've used this service and the first time in seven years we've had our windows cleaned. Gerardo and his team did an absolute fabulous job. Both gentlemen were courteous, professional and worked very hard. Scheduling was a breeze and Grace was a pleasure to work with. Throughout the process, Grace was professional, friendly and very responsive. Will absolutely use this service again. Bravo!

We've used Dr. Glass before and will again. Communication via email or phone is always helpful and punctual. Employees in our home are professional, friendly, and thorough.

They did an outstanding job. They even vacuumed out the tracks of the windows on the inside. It's the best window cleaning I have ever had, it's nice to be able to see outside again. They spent a lot of time making sure each window and even screen if possible, was cleaned. The only issue I had is that an estimate was done by phone, with the estimator saying she could get views of my house on the internet. I did advise that about half the windows were double paned glass, or storm windows, which really means two sets of glass per window, and sometimes a third panel, that needed to be cleaned. So the estimate was too low. They offered me the same price but I took the compromise of splitting the difference between estimate and final actual number of windows because the work, the time and attention was so great. I was willing to pay a bit more for the quality of work they do.

This is the third time we've used Dr. Glass in the past five years and they always do a great job. They even cleaned the windows on our garage door and the sky light on the second floor roof! They were on time and very professional.

Needless to say, we went with someone else. Update: The original review says they didn't respond. They actually did respond, but it bounced as spam. The owner has since contacted me by email. While none of this addresses the facts of the review - that their price is double that of everyone else, and that going outside of Angie's List to communicate the estimates and details results in these very kinds of problems (bounced mail), saying they did not follow up was incorrect.

This was our first time using Dr. Glass for both inside and outside window cleaning. All work was performed professionally and well done. It was a pleasure working with the office and the service folks who came here. A tad high on price but work was well done.

Scheduling was an issue. When I made the appointment over the phone, I was told the crew would arrive between 9 and 10 a.m.; however, the confirmation listed arrival as 10 a.m. to noon. The crew did arrive within that window, but it wasn't as I had originally expected, and I had to rearrange my day to accommodate. The crew did a fine job on the windows, but I had to ask them to clean up the debris they left under each window (and mostly on carpet), and the mud they tracked in on my carpeted stairs. Clean up should be part of the job! And they really should be putting a drop cloth on the carpets.

The work was fantastic. To my surprise, not only were the windows cleaned, but so were the outside lights! I haven't seen the windows, and especially the outside lights, so clean in many years!
