Dr Glass Window Washing

They were excellent! I've used them before and they are top of the line. They are very professional and neat. They do a very thorough job and even wipe all of the windowsills after they're done. They go above and beyond to do a really good job for you.

The product of the Dr. Glass work are windows and window frames that sparkle and are free of dirt and streaks. The Dr. Glass team is extremely careful not to damage items within the house or to bring dirt into the house. Their power brush to clean the outside of the windows is a new technology which leaves an outstanding result. The crew is extremely hard working and courteous.We would certainly use Dr. Glass - Mclean again - their work was outstanding.

Very responsive -- from first call to schedule service; to phone call night before telling me who will be coming and at what time (working around my schedule); to actual service, to follow-up call. The price quote was the same as the first year I used the service, with an Angie's list discount. The whole crew worked continuously without a break, except for one gentleman who spent a lot of time on the phone. They were all polite and they took care to remove shoes and/or put on foot coverings.

Experience was very positive...Tim (the owner) is very customer-service oriented and professional. His contractor (Otto) is experienced, thorough and efficient. The quote was accurate. We received confirmation via e-mail and a call prior to the service. Otto showed up on time and Tim followed up to make sure all was well. I recommend this service provider.

They are top-notch. I was very impressed by their professionalism, from the first phone call. They emailed me an estimate and included information about their company. They also told me who would be coming to my home, and they were long-standing staff members. The team that did the job was extremely conscientous. They worked at things until they were satisfied with the results. The end result was fantastic.

They broke one of my windows, but they made right with everything. I think they do really good work and I think they are a good company. Since it is a franchise, each one is a little different, but I would still recommend this Dr. Glass for window cleaning. I thought the price was very reasonable. The people who came to do the work were really wonderful. They were courteous, friendly, efficient and they did a really good job. As soon as the pollen slow down I plan to use them again!

This is the 3rd time they have come and all three times they did an excellent job! I did get a discount for being and Angie's List member, and also because there was one window they were not able to completely take apart and clean.

It was not a big job; regardless, they were very willing to help. They came promptly and worked very well.

They tracked mud all over our newly cleaned and sealed deck. They left streaks of dirty water on the wood of our French doors after they cleaned the glass in them. At times it even seemed like the foreman was doing all the work while crew relaxed.

Great work and reasonably priced. Will use again. Also, very professional.

I have found a gem in Dr. Glass. I think these gentlemen are wonderful. The are responsive, accommodiating, professional and very pleasant. You can not ask for more. They normally do not handle the kind of job I was looking to have done. After I explained my situation, Tim suggested he would talk it over with his staff and see if they could possably accommodate me. He called me back when he said he would and informed me that John would be willing to give it a try. John arrived promptly on the appointed time and went right to work. Not only did he do a wonderful job on a very difficult project, he was a very pleasant gentleman and I enjoyed his company while he was in my home. I would highly recommend Dr. Glass for all inside and outside glass and window needs.

I believe that we would use him again. We were extremely pleased with them. It was probably a reasonable price. He gave us a $30 discount for using Angieslist. I had no problem with his quality. He called back almost immediately. He fit me in his schedule right away because we were having a party and wanted to have our windows cleaned ahead of time. He was on time. The gentleman who came was very professional and very considerate. I couldn’t think of anything to complain about.

Tim Poly reviewed the job site and provided an estimate. He increases the estimate by the $35 offered by the coupon. Even after that $35 reduction Poly's price was excessive. His telephone follow-up is very good. He verified the arrival time the day prior and day of the work. The person performing the work arrived within the time specified and did a good job. He placed the screens on the wood floor during cleaning with a towel spread beneath. A modest amount of moisture transferred to the wood floor which was not desirable, although permanent damage apparently did not occur.

I found this company on Angie's list and would definitely use them again next time. It is much more expensive than my previous company but also did a much more thorough job. It took them more time than they had anticipated because I had not had the windows cleaned in so long.

Until I saw this company written up in the Angie's List magazine, I didn't realize there was anyone who cleaned both the inside and outside of windows. I called on a Saturday and was able to reach Tim Poly right away. He sent an email detailing what information he needed to provide an estimate, which I received later that same day. I was able to schedule the work for exactly when I wanted it. Otto arrived promptly, even a little early, and proceeded to do a very thorough, professional job. We were thrilled with the results and would definitely contract with Dr. Glass again.

Tim was very professional. Provided quote and set up appointment. Very responsive. Tim called the confirm the night before and the crew leader, John, called before arriving to make sure it was okay to come a bit early. Five people arrived at the house and worked hard for several hours. Before the job was considered completed, John walked through the house with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything. They did a great job. The windows all sparkle. When the crew arrived it became obvious there was a big mix up about the number of windows to be cleaned. Going back to the emails exchanged, I realized I had mistyped the number of windows in one of my emails. Tim and John were very accommodating about the whole matter, working hard to make things right for everyone. I was very happy with the ultimate solution to a problem which I had mistakenly created. I think this shows their willingness to make sure their customers are satisfied.

.They had an Angies List special where they were taking 10% off. What I understood from the description given to me by the owner when he called to make the appointment, was that they would open all the windows and clean the seals as well as the 3 large sliders that we have and all of those tracks. Since it was raining they had to come out on different day and schedule rather than on the day they were supposed to come out. That was fine. They did try to accommodate as I had family coming in the following week and I needed it done. So he came out on a Saturday with his team and did the windows. When I asked them to do the seals and the tracks on the slider he said that they would wipe them but they will not scrub. I was busy and I did not want to argue with the guy. The owner called the following week and enquired how they did. I told them the response I had got. He reimbursed me $60. He said that he would have them back out. That week I had 20 people living in our house and I just did not have the time nor the patience for that . He understood but he reimbursed $60. I am sure he would have had them come out and they would have done the proper job. But I did not want to deal with that while I had all these people in my house. I thought they were a little pricey. As for responsiveness they did try to get here as soon as possible.

Absolutely great job in 5+ hours by 3 workers. Luis and his team got all that glass really sparkling and made sure all paint was off window glass too. We definitely recommend this company.

Very positive experience. Otto arrived slightly early and did a great job. He was professional, courteous and polite. The windows in the home are old and rather difficult to raise and lower. Otto was very efficient. He cleaned the windowsills where necessary. He went out of his way to protect my carpets by laying down towels and resting the edges of the storm windows on them on the floor, when he needed to lift out the storm windows and clean them inside and then leave them to dry. He climbed up a large ladder to reach 3rd floor windows on the outside. The windows look fantastic. I would definitely hire this company again and I would request Otto again. In addition, Tim, the owner, accommodated me by arranging Saturday service, called me the evening before to confirm the appointment, and called me a short time after the service to check on my satisfaction level. Very customer-service oriented and professional.

Otto accidentally broke a stem on one set of blinds. He reported it to his boss. I submitted the receipt and was promptly refunded the price. Every business should be so responsive.
