Dr Glass Window Washing

The Dr. Glass team was prompt, very professional, and cleaned all the windows to perfection. They cleaned and replaced all the screens, and wiped the sills. Scheduling was easy and fast, and they even scheduled the job quickly so the windows would be clean before a holiday party. Excellent job! I would recommend them!

I scheduled cleaning in October for December 5. The cleaning crew showed up on time and worked steadily. Windows look great! This is the third year we used Dr. Glass

We were very pleased with the work done by Luis and his team this past weekend. They arrived right on time and did a beautiful job cleaning windows and sills. Tim was very accommodating to our schedule and he very promptly returned our call when we were looking for estimate. All our furniture and curtains were put back in place after cleaning the windows. It was a pleasure working with this company.

Wonderful experience! I selected Dr. Glass based Angie's List reviews. I contacted Tim Poly via e-mail and received an estimate within a day. We scheduled the appointment for November 12th with the window washers to arrived between 10:00 a.m.-12:00p.m. They arrived within that time period and worked for approximately four hours - cleaning over 27 windows inside and out. Tim's employees were very courteous, detailed, and did a truly exceptional job. Additionally, Tim did a follow-up call upon completion to make sure all went well. We have lived in our home since 2000 and I have always cleaned our windows but location of some of our windows and finding the time to wash the windows routinely became a real problem. While visiting my sister this summer, she was having her windows washed by a service and her husband said it was the best money they ever spent on their home. I have to agree and look forward to having Tim and his crew back in the spring.

Tim provided an over the phone estimate - the final price was the estimated cost. Prompt arrival of cleaning crew. Completed job efficiently and timely with professional attitudes. The quality of work was excellent! Perfectly clean windows and mirrors. I received a follow up call from Tim Poly to ensure that I was happy with the service. This is the second time I've used Tim Poly this year. The previous job was 54 windows and that job was also complete perfectly.

Everything about my experience with Dr. Glass was perfect. Tim, the owner, was responsive and patient in working with me to schedule a service date. Luis, the crew chief, was friendly and efficient. We used Dr. Glass to clean the windows on our new townhome prior to move in last August, and have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. I sent an email to the owner, Tim Poly, regarding services and cost and he was kind enough to respond to me while he was out of the country! Basically he was able to confirm a date and services which was fantastic because we were working with a very short timeframe. With our Angies List coupon, the service was $180.00 - far less than other estimates I had received. Otto showed up on time and did an AMAZING job on our windows. Not only was the cleaning fantastic and completely mess free, Otto was kind enough to call me that same day and let me know that many of our screens were actually falling apart and he removed them for me at no additional charge. I cannot express how happy I was to walk into my new home and actually be able to see a MAJOR difference in my windows. It was so wonderful. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone looking for great window cleaning.

Tim provided the estimate via e-mail based on a simple set of questions - and stuck to it. His staff showed up as scheduled and worked quickly and professionally. He was thorough and did an excellent job, cleaning sills and wiping window frames. Work was completed in less than 4 hours. I was completely satisfied and will have Dr. Glass back to do work in the future.

They did a superb job, even wiping down screens and sills. They were very thorough and worked about 5 hours. John was friendly, polite, courteous, and hard working.

Dr. Glass provided me an estimate even though he was out of the country doing volunteer work. He then followed up and arranged a time for my window cleaning that accomodated my schedule. I was provided an arrival window and it was met on the early end, which was great. The window cleaner was very professional, thorough and put everything back where it was originally as he cleaned each window, inside and out. He even alerted me to the consequences of letting sprinkler water hit my windows repeatedly, which I appreciated since my windows are new. I will definitely use Dr. Glass again.

The team from Dr. Glass arrived on time (on a Saturday) and did an amazing job. They were professional, courteous and hard working. Our windows sparkle! We will use Dr. Glass the next time our windows need cleaning.

It could not have gone better especially considering the work was done the day after a bad storm and we were without power.The team was on time and did a fantastic job.Getting an estimate was easy. I took photos of each side of our house and emailed them to Dr. Glassand Tim got back to me quickly with an estimate.I will definitely use them again.

He was okay. Sort of disrespectful asking questions that I rather not answer like are you single and several timesabout my work as if trying to be a social climber. I prefer he just focused on his work. I had to remind himto cleana window he almost forgotten. He did not wear any cover on his feet which to me is not considerate or smart fordoing work inside one's home. He said he lost a rag and asked me to go find it when I was checking on him as hewas working in my bedroom which made me feel on edge as if a possible ploy to have the opportunity to steal something.He spoke of a friend for some length initially about having pants stolen from a laundry mat. The last time I had thathappen to me the fella I realized later had stolen something. I earnestly did not feel comfortable with him in what Iconsider my personel space and I will not use the service again. Dirt was left at the bottom of each window on theceil and floor and items removed were not placed back. But I can say that he works fast and showed up an hourearlier than expected.

Tim Poly is the manager of that branch. I actually know the manager of the company. He was a mutual friend of someone we knew. I had actually used their services back in 2005 when I had to have my parent's windows cleaned. They did such a good job on their home. They had huge complex windows. Tim the manager was very friendly and helpful. He got back to me immediately with an email quote. He told me that there was currently a spring deal. He was going to give me a discount off of the price that was quoted. There was a team of three men that did the work. They were on time, professional, and friendly. They put special boots on their shoes so they wouldn't track any dirt into the house. I can't get over how clean and sparkly the windows were. I feel like there are no windows blocking the outside. They were very efficient. They worked as a team and knew who was going to do what. They cleaned up after themselves. You would never had know they had been there. I thought the price was reasonable considering the work they had to do.

Called for an estimate and was provided with an estimate over the phone immediately. I have 49 windows some that are very high off the ground. Two men showed up on time, the next day and worked for about 8 hours. Cleaned windows , inside and out, screens and window sills. The cleaning service was amazing, the windows looked perfect and they put all of the all screens back in-place. The employees were well spoken, clean , polite and very professional. So rare to have such a perfect experience, this service was worth every penny.

I have used this company a few times in the past and have always been very pleased with the work. I will be using them again this fall to clean my windows. I had Fred and Travis as the work crew. They are very professional, know what they are doing and don't waist time or energy. I would have no problem recommending Dr. Glass and his crew to anyone wishing clean windows! He did an excellent job. My windows are a bit tricky to remove but he figured it out and was very careful in handling them. He was here for about three hours. He worked quietly, didn't stop for a break, and was very neat. My windows sparkle!
