Dr Glass Window Washing

The process went very well from beginning to end. Scheduling the work to be done with Tim went very smoothly, and Otto went through the windows in the house efficiently and quickly. I recommend this organization and will use them in the future.

First, Tim Poly told me they'd only come out for a minimum of $100.00, but my place, since it was small, didn't meet that minimum requirement. They wouldn't lower the price - (even though it was for less work) - so I agreed to the $100, thinking it would be worth it. They don't do anything I couldn't have done with some Windex. I thought they'd clean the panes and the borders where the windows actually seat, as well as where my sliding glass door slides back and forth. They did none of this, just went over the actual glass in probably less than 10 minutes. They were professional, on-time, and all of that, but I don't think the service is worth the money.

I can see the outside world again! We had had our house power washed last winter and the windows were atrocious - so bad that I wondered if it they could ever be clean again. I checked Angie's List, and, on the recommendation of so many others, called Dr. Glass. Tim Poly was very responsive, gave me an estimate over the phone and we set up a date. Nathan showed up on time and went to work. He worked ceaselessly for nine hours on a very hot day. Never once did he complain - quite the opposite. He was cheerful and completely agreeable and 100% professional. My windows are gleaming even after several rainfalls and it's a pleasure to look out of them. I have found my window washing company. I need not look further.

The people at this company are responsive and very pleasant to work with. The work they perform is top notch. My windows are a combination of newer and older style windows and all look fabulous when they are finished. I am extremely pleased with the services and will hire them again. My windows shine! I only wish I could do half as well.

I was given an estimate over the phone based on the number of windows I provided. They honored that estimate when they arrived. Luis arrived on time and with two helpers finished the job in two hours, which included 20+ windows. All windows were washed inside and out and screens were removed and washed. They were meticulous, polite and did a superb job.llw

Everything went great. Fast communication and estimate. No complaints when I had to change the date. Appt was for between 8:00 and 9:30...cleaner showed up at 8:15. I had prepped NOTHING in the house...they took care of everything. Moved and worked around furniture. It was great! Done by 1:00.

Spoke to Tim and stated that I needed to have our windows cleaned inside and out. Told him how many windows I had and he gave me a price over the phone. Based on our discussion I asked when they could start and we set up a tine between 9:30 and 10:30am the next week. Got a call the day before to confirm. Nathan arrived on the scheduled day at 9:30. He went right to work and was here until 7:00 that evening. He did and extremely excellent job, was very polite and professional. It was a long day for him and he never wasted any time doing a wonderful job. I would not hesitate one second to hire these guys to clean my windows again. The glass is so clean that you can't even tell there are any windows in the house when looking outside. Extremely pleased and well worth the money.

The workmen arrived on time, checked to ensure they knew exactly the services I wanted, and proceeded independently to work. The work was completed quickly and effortlessly on my part. Plus, they cleaned a couple of places that I hadn't asked for - for free! I would definitely work with Dr. Glass again!

They were excellent. The owner was very nice and professional. I was impressed with him right away because he recognized a living social coupon that was not for his location. In addition to that his employees were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and were a very good representation of his company. The windows had not been cleaned in ten years and they did a beautiful job cleaning them.

This is the second time I have used Dr Glass and second review of the company. As previously it began with a phone call to Tim Poly at Dr Glass. Because they had a record of our windows on file, the costs again were quickly provided and the final bill was exactly as agreed on the phone. The fee was reasonable for the work involved. The work involved cleaning the inside and outside of our windows, washing each screen, cleaning all of our window sills, and cleaning our interior glass paneled doors and transoms. The team of four lead by Luis arrived as promised and completed the work in about six hours. They moved furniture carefully and returned everything to its original location prior to leaving. The weather was cold and the team to care to minimize the time that the windows needed to be open. The quality of their work and the care they took to minimize any impact on our home was exceptional. This was an exact duplicate of the work Dr Glass did for us about two years ago. I liked their work then and it was repeated on this second occasion. I highly recommend Dr Glass to anyone who wishes similar services to be completed. It's like having new windows. Just perfect!

Otto called before he arrived, was very professional and the windows looked great when he was done. Highly recommend them for windows.

We were skeptical that any firm could get the job done on time and that we would be happy with it. Buit the two person team came on time as agreed, worked hard and constantly, and the windows were fantastic. The price was very reasonable for the amount of windows. I reallyi believe the sparkle of the windows and skylights added greatly to our ability to sell our home.

The genteman was very understanding when I expained I had three dogs, two of which were huge and that I would have to move them around to outside/inside depending on where he was cleaning. He was really great about the dogs. He did a beautiful job and I will definitely have him back in the Spring!!!!

They did a fabulous job. Before I hired them Tim at Dr. Glass told me that I would be surprised by the difference it make in the house once the windows were done. He was right - the house absolutely sparkles with light and looks cleaner than ever before. The team was professional, neat and timely. I would hire them again without hesitation.

I'd just moved into a new house and was having trouble matching the screens which were left into the garage to the right windows and was uncertain about how to install them. I was also trying to determine how many screens were missing and needed to be remade from scratch. I called Tim at Dr. Glass for advice and he was more than kind, and recommended a hardware store that could make new screens. Even though this isn't something they normally do, he sent his employee Luis to my home and Luis and I worked together for an hour matching up the screens to the right windows. Luis was a pro and very personable. He showed me how to put the screens into the windows and also helped me confirm which ones were usable, which needed repair, which were missing entirely and how to measure correctly to get new screens made. I made tremendous progress on this project just with one hour of his time. For this, Tim charged me nothing and I will certainly call him in the future when I need window cleaning. I also referred them to some friends. This was a wonderful breath of fresh air as most companies wouldn't do this, but Tim was so kind and wanted to help. I am more than grateful.
