Who knew glass could be so transparent? They took all day to do the job and they did it right. Very impressed.

My husband and I decided to sell our home of 25 years. When we moved to McLean many years ago, we used a company to clean our windows at our house in Bethesda and loved the way they looked and knew that this helped sell that house. Therefore, we wanted to do the same with the McLean house. I found Dr. Glass on Angie's List and contacted them last fall. I had several communications with Tim, who was always very responsive and gave me detailed instructions on how to count the windows. I did that, and he promptly gave me an estimate for the cost of cleaning. It took us a few months to clean out the house and complete some much needed renovations, but finally we were able to start setting a date for window cleaning. But the winter weather here kept interfering. At all times Tim was patient and worked with our various changes. Finally, we were able to get the windows cleaned on March 20. Dr. Glass was prompt and thorough and the windows looked great! And the final price was within $20 of the original estimate. The house went on the market that weekend and was under contract on the following Monday. Our realtor told us that several people commented on how bright and light it was in the house. I attribute that to the work of Dr. Glass. I highly recommend Dr. Glass for anyone's window cleaning needs.

Hi Tim, I just wanted to let you know that Luis and his team did an excellent job on all of my windows. They were professional, competent, arrived on time, and worked hard until the job was done. The windows are sparkling and my old screens are almost like new! I was also impressed that they used cloths, not paper towels, to clean and polish each window. First they vacuumed each window, brushed away all the cobwebs, and then went to work cleaning the storm windows, screens and windows. When they were finished, Luis asked me to walk through the house with him to make sure I was satisfied. Many thanks for a job well done! I will recommend Doc Glass and Luis and his team to all of my friends and neighbors.

Everything went well. 3 men came and the windows are clean. I person forgot his shoes and never came to get them even though I e-mailed the company and explained that I had an extra pair of boots on my front door step.

Things went better than expected - even though, using Dr. Glass, I expected the best. I had to change the date a number of times and Tim, my contact, was very understanding and helpful. On the day of the cleaning, the team arrive right on time, come into the house with all their equipment, went right to work removing the storms, and cleaning the windows. They did not take a break, but worked from start to finish. They did a fantastic, wonderful job. I am so happy.

This was an excellent experience, from initial contact to final departure. Dr. Glass explained that the minimum charge was $200, which he felt was too much for the size of the job. I chose to have the job completed anyway. If everyone provided level of follow-up and outstanding service of this provider, life would be considerably improved.

The crew arrived during the time slot allocated and performed the task flawlessly. They were courteous and professional. They worked efficiently so that the work got done in good time. The windows were sparkling after they were done. They have never looked better. In addition all the sills and rims around the windows were thoroughly vacuumed. A great job well done. Great results. Took two days to do whole job. It's a 7500 sq ft home including the basement - and since it's a walkout basement that meant more windows! We've been in the house for five years and I swear the colors in our backyard pop through the windows like never before. And the back of the house with the siding looks brand new. A little mix up on the estimate but given the size of the home and the fact that I think Power Washing is a new service for Doc Glass - it wasn't a big deal. Highly recommend having your windows clean and using Doc Glass.

Dr. Glass window washing services were outstanding from the moment of initial contact until the completion of the job! Communication was professional and clear, they were able to accomodate our last-minute schedule, and our windows looked like they sparkled when the washing was finished. I have had my windows washed each year by Dr Glass and have always been impressed with the quality of their work. All parts of the window, including the window sills (both inside and outside) were meticulously washed and were completely streak-free ---- and sparkling! This was the second time we've used Tim and his team. They showed up a few minutes early, were courteous, and accomplished all the work in short order. We were delighted and will continue to use Dr. Glass twice a year.

Tim called a day after I'd left him an email. The original offered schedule was for about four weeks away; he later called back and arranged to do it just three days later, I believe by subcontracting. The results are perfect. Service was responsive and quality of the work is excellent. Our windows now shine like new.
