Description of Work: The owner of the company walked me through the process of giving information for him to price the job. The finished price matched the bid I was given. Three young men arrived and parked their shoes at the front door, then moved almost silently through the house in white socks. They were so quiet that I asked if they wouldn't like to have some music on - one said later, "I took your advice" and showed me a tiny radio tuned very quietly to a music station. They moved quickly and spoke quietly with each other only when they needed to solve a problem together. They cleaned the large windows and separate storms and screens inside and out, and did a beautiful job. They left no debris or mess behind, and were gentlemen throughout. Later, the owner phoned and asked if I were satisfied with the job; I gave him a rave review, and promised to do the same for Angie's List. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Dr Glass did a superb job of cleaning our windows and screens - inside and out! Very professional. Very impressed with Alan and his team as they were perfectionist. HIghly recommend Dr Glass for future work!!

Description of Work: I got my glass cleaned by Dr Glass. He cleaned all my windows including removable storm windows that are very old, he also cleaned the screens and window sills.

Description of Work: They did a very good job cleaning my outside windows. Tim Poly is the owner and is very helpful. He could not have been nicer. The day they were scheduled to come it rained. He scheduled two workers to come on a Sat. at no extra charge.

Description of Work: Missed appointed time and I waited all afternoon Saturday never getting a call. I expected notice on Friday of the appointment time, but that did not come until about 1030pm in an email that I might easily have missed if I was not still up. As it was I could make no plans for the day because of the uncertainty.
