 + -1 moreWith Continental Mortgage and Ben Freshman I purchased my first house with a great interest rate on a 30 yr fixed mortgage. Ben was there every step of the way to answer my many qustions and explain the options. He was professional and honest. He did not pressure me to use one lender over another. He attended the closing and has since been available for any questions. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a broker.
Description of Work: Ben Frestman was my first stop in the home buying experience. As a first time home buyer, he exolained all the steps and answered my many questions. His fee was paid by the lender, no out of pocket cost for me. We met several times to review options for the mortgage. Ben gave the pros and cons for each option. He was available anytime to assist.
