Color-Coded was founded with a passion for organizing, efficiency, and design. Our company was started in a 523 sq. ft studio in Arlington, VA in March 2008 by two IT Engineers that wanted to help share their organizing knowledge and skills with others. With a little inspiration, a desire to help others create order, and endless nights of hard work, Color-Coded rapidly turned into one of the leading professional organizing and productivity firms in the Washington D.C. area. We believe organizing is an investment in yourself which pays dividends in time, efficiency and stress relief. We understand how frustrating a cluttered space can be. Our mission is to create organizing systems that will increase efficiency, maximize space, relieve stress, and…make you smile. The Color-Coded team consists of experienced homeowners, busy parents, and individuals who have gone through life changing situations, such as, marriage, birth, divorce, death, etc, and are experts in how to handle the belongings involved in these events. Although our company opened its doors in 2008, our professional organizers have been organizing for decades to help others by pursuing what they love to do. Color-Coded organizers don’t believe organizing is work. Thomas Edison once said, “I never did a day’s work in my life, it was all fun.” We feel the same way about organizing. We chose the name Color-Coded because it symbolizes an intuitive organizing approach that is easy to follow and aesthetically pleasing. Although our name is Color-Coded, we design each client’s organizing solution based upon their individual needs and specific lifestyles. Color-Coded’s professional organizers uses a non-judgmental, systematic, detail-orientated, and objective approach when organizing your spaces. Alejandra is AMAZING!! She is SOOOOOOOOOO good at what she does. She can look at your space and know exactly what to do to make it more efficient - and make it work for YOU! She helped me set up shelves to organize my mail - one of my biggest hurdles. She put together a fantastic system for me and I'm so glad she did! She's wonderful and pleasant to work with - I HIGHLY recommend Color-Coded!
