Everything went fine with the order and kitchen design. However, when they delivered the cabinets they scratched our hardwood floor. After promising that they would make it up to us and pay for the repair, they refused to do so when they realized that it would be an expensive repair. They offered to pay a part of the cost of the repair as a goodwill gesture. We agreed to this and asked them several times to send payment but they simply ignored our requests. We ended up filing a complaint with our consumer protection bureau. We have not heard from them since then.
Description of Work: They designed the layout for my new kitchen, ordered and delivered cabinets and door and drawer pulls.

They did a great job. The price was good. When I had a problem, he came right over to fix the issue. The design was great.

Although they were a little pricey, the cabinets are beautiful. They did some great craftsmanship. The company s staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. We find them to be extremely professional. We would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: We had them build and install natural cherry shaker wood cabinets in our kitchen, which is 250 square feet. We designed the lay out for them and they made twenty cabinets.
