They do excellent work. They clean up after themselves. They are on time and give you a phone call if they are not on time.

Mike (the employee who normally does work at our house) is wonderful to deal with -- friendly, helpful, explains what he's doing and why, and is very patient with the stream of questions he gets from our children. The work is always done on time and as promised, with prompt followup when needed. I can't recommend the company and Mike enough!

To save us money on the project, our craftsman, Mike, had provided us with a detailed shopping list for Home Depot, so we knew what to buy and we didn't pay him for the time to go get it and pick it up (though he was more than happy to do that if we required it as well). So, we had a replacement shower head and replacement kitchen faucet (with the correct number of holes) ready for Mike when he got here. Mike visited us the next day, replaced the shower head, replaced the kitchen faucet (since we had already bought a new one) and found the source of the leak in a lower corner of the bathroom floor and caulked it as well. He also noted that the bathroom leak was not a new one, since there was some discoloration on the kitchen ceiling below, and he noted the ceiling repair as a follow-up item for a future visit (since we aren't financially ready to undertake that repair just yet). Our kitchen faucet leak was not new either, though we couldn't see it until he showed us the rusted fixture hidden from view - Mike had to devise a make-shift tool just to dislodge the old faucet and replace it. He did it all in about two hours, plus provided us with our quarterly inspection while he was on site, which includes checking exhausts, vents, drains, smoke detectors, railings and replacing any light bulbs that may be out - the inspection is included under the annual service plan to which we are subscribed. If you aren't handy, and don't know how or have time to check your dryer vents, sump pumps, flush your hot water heater and the like, I highly recommend Clarendon Home Services.
