Moving from a different state and purchase a house in NOVA is not easy. It is especially difficult when someone has to coordinate the parties from China and the States side. NOT FOR Casey as he was able to help me close in 3 weeks with the least amount of headaches. I had OK experience with another broker, and contacted Casey after a good friend referred him as Casey has helped him make $$ on his other transactions. I could only feel blessed when working with Casey. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in the market, property infrastructure, property needs, and relationship with a great team to help with the closing. At times, as a first time home buyer, I felt stressed with the process. His team and him was not only were able to help me to feel calm, but help me to expedite the process in every way. He hired a professional photographer to produce a beautiful brochure and website which helped generate immediate interest in the home. He also provided good contacts for movers and cleaners. When it was discovered the home needed repairs, Casey arranged for inspections, located and vetted contractors, and assisted with scheduling. His patience and calm demeanor throughout the process helped diffuse any stress. Once the repairs were complete and multiple offers came in, Casey used his expertise to negotiate the best price and we were very satisfied with the outcome. I would highly recommend Casey as an ethical and competent professional - his low key and pleasant approach makes it a pleasure to work with him.

It went very well. We went over my initial wants for my home, then they helped me find something to match my needs. We looked at numerous homes until I found the right match. My home happened to be a short sale, which added a layer of complexity, but both Joe and Casey helped get me through it about as smoothly as possible. The numerous back and forth with the owner/lender/sellers agent was a little crazy at times, but both C and J always kept me informed and up to date as to where I stood in the process.
