Everything went smoothly with BoxStar movers. The workers were so respectful of us, and of everything they moved. They were friendly, worked as a team, and worked fast and hard. They completed the move in the estimated time. I highly recommend this company for your local move.

Move took 11 hrs when estimate was for 7hrs. Was told it was due to items not being fully pre-packed as they anticipated. Hired 5 men. 4 men had less than 1yr of moving experience, 2 of which were high school students. No discounts were provided/offered for providing inexperienced movers. One mover had to leave early which was not communicated to me until about an hour before he had to leave. They charged me for 2 trucks but one truck was a small u-haul truck, which ended up not being large enough so multiple round trips had to be made. That added 1hr of extra time which I had to pay for. Requested discount on the 2nd truck but was not granted. They did not bring enough power tools for assembly and disassembly of furniture. This also added to the overall time. I loaned them my tools for assembly to reduce time. I would not recommend to family and friends.

Last minute apartment move

I highly recommend BoxStar Moving Services for an easy professional moving experience. I found them trough a referral and was not disappointed. The company owner Duman gave me a great quote to move my 4 bedroom house, his guys showed up on time, packed everything in a shrink wrap and moving blankets and assembled and setup all the furniture in a new place. They even helped with unpacking boxes for a flat rate fee. Nothing was broken. Thank you guys, for an easy move.

They are the absolute BEST company I have ever used. Can't say enough POSITIVE things about them: Punctual, reliable, fairly prices and careful with all items while packing and unpacking. If I could give more than5 stars I would.

Superb moving service! We had so much and it took them a total of 12 hours and 2 trips. The only company I found with 4 movers with a very competitive price. The truck is huge 26’! They were super careful with my furniture, nothing was scratched or broken. They dissembled and assembled the furniture. All the movers were polite and pleasant. Who likes moving? No one! These guys made what I expected to be a stressful relocation a true joy! I hope I never have to move again since we just purchased a home but if I do I will definitely be calling them again. I 100% recommend them!!! From beginning to end they were professional, efficient and very responsive. Keep up the good work guys!!!

They were also quick, flexible, very good when they took care of our stuff.
