Beautiful job.

I cannot recommend Louis enough to everyone, and he will be the only hardwood floor installer I will use if I purchase another home. My hardwood floors are so beautiful--even three months later I come home every day and love them, and even other contractors I've had in for other projects--such as kitchen remodeling--have commented on how beautiful they are. Louis is a fantastic business owner. I got about 8 estimates on my floors, and even though he was a bit higher than some (but also a lot lower than others), we liked him immediately upon meeting him and felt more comfortable using him than any other company we met with. He is great with communication, extremely patient, and nudged us in the right direction about the cork underlayment, which I initially didn't want, and now can't imagine my floors without them. They are exceptionally sturdy and quiet, and absolutely beautiful! Louis is a real treasure I found on Angie's List! I also recommended him to my neighbor, and she also used him to install her floors, and she loves her as well. Go with Louis with your floors and you won't go wrong!

I called. Louis. The best way to reach him is via text message. We set up an initial visit. He came to my house, and looked at the floors. He first recommended that I go back to Lumber Liquidators (LL) to fix the problem. That was considerate of him to suggest this since it would mean he would not get my business. I opted to have the flooring correct since I am trying to sell my condo. People people, do not have LL install your floors. If you have a problem their customer service process is slow. I'm still waiting, and it's been 30 days. Buy LL flooring yes. Use LL Installation always say no. He set up a date to have the two flooring problems corrected. The guys came by. They asked questions. The inquired about any potential problems. They asked if the work was acceptable prior to finishing up. It was a very nice experience. I would recommend him to any of my neighbors and friends, and I'll keep his card handy just so I can recommend him.

Everything went fine. They arrived when they said they would. They found that the padding I currently had was in perfect condition; therefore gave me credit for cost of unused padding. It took them the amount of time they had estimated and they were finished within the given time frame.

I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to deal this company. The did an outstanding job for a great price. I worry quite a bit and they were extremely professional in answering all my questions. The workers and the owner, Louis, always took that extra step that helps a job go smooth and professional. My floors look AWESOME and I have received numerous comments on what a wonderful job they did. When they left everything was cleaned up. I would recommend this company to anyone in search of a flooring company Thank you Louis for my beautiful floors!

They were super professional. They walked me through it. They did a great job.

Ten minutes before scheduled arrival, Louis phoned to inform me that he was in a car accident and would not be able to make the appointment. I understood as the exact same thing happened 5 days prior with another Angie's List company, K&K Flooring. I asked Louis if he would be able to make it later in the day. He replied no. At this point, given what happened earlier in the week, I was frustrated, and not about to go out of my way to reschedule an appointment. I assumed Louis would volunteer to phone when back in the office, or early in the week after the auto business was sorted. It has now been over two weeks and I have not been contacted at all by Beaulieu Floors. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. Louis showed a complete lack of interest. No messages, no e-mails. Nothing.

Louis and his team were great. Louis was very responsive, prompt and flexible. His team worked quickly and showed up on time (actually early) and cleaned up everything. The floors look fantastic! I highly recommend Beaulieu Floors, and in fact, I'm using them to do floors in my other house next month.

They were thorough, clean, and finished slightly ahead of schedule (which is huge, considering that this was a major project and we were living there while they did it). I've used Louis since then on a few projects, as have neighbors and friends. Highly recommend!

They did a fantastic job and completed it within our extremely tight time frame.

We had an old oak dining room floor and had just laid down a new ash floor right next to it. We were opening up a kitchen/dining room to make them all one space and wanted the two different woods to blend. Not an easy task but Mr. Beaulieu was so pleasant and he was willing to do whatever it took to get the job done to our satisfaction. Wonderful job, good price and excellent customer service.

They estimated the work- received the bid because the price was very competitive- showed up on time and finished on time for the original cost and did a great job cleaning up. What more could you ask for.

Louis was my point of contact. He is easy to talk to and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone. George- who installed our carpet- got a late start due to mix up at the warehouse. However, he called to keep us up to date and stayed into the night to make sure the job got done. I got multiple estimates for both jobs. They're pricing was competitive, but Beaulieu was not the cheapest option in either case. However, their professionalism, flexibility, and responsiveness- in combination with their pricing- set them apart.

Start to finish, Louie and his team were incredibly responsive and professional. They showed up promptly, were very professional in keeping everything contained as they demo'ed the existing floor and installed the new floor, and in the follow through to finish the last minor details. We would definitely use them again for hardwood flooring work.

Louis gave us a very fair price for the job. He worked all the details and scheduling with my husband. The men who did the work were prompt, knowledgeable, and very skilled. They kept the amount of dust to a minimum. They moved heavy furniture around to do the work properly. When the men were done, Louis carefully explained to us how to keep the floors clean without scratching them. Overall, they handled a very difficult task in a very professional manner. The floors look great!!!! And, yes, we definitely recommend them.

We were so pleased with the hardwood floors that Beaulieu Floors, Inc. had installed prior to our moving in to our new home, that they were the first and only contractor we contacted to have our kitchen and bathroom floors replaced. We knew Luis would give us a fair price and we knew the work would be excellent. From start to finish, Luis was professional, his installers were fantastic, and the job was done very, very well. We just couldn't be more pleased! Luis takes the time to get to know his customers, with an honest interest in who they are, what they are interested in, kids, the family cat, etc. In other words, he takes the time to get to know his customer, which also helps in decision-making for flooring style. He checks back after the job is completed to see how the installatin went and requests feedback (both times we've had only good things to say!) Luis has a kind heart and and good business sense and we only wish his company did more than flooring, because we'd hire them in a heartbeat to do additional remodeling in our home!

It was a great experience from the very beginning. Louis was highly professional and very responsive. We received quotes from several other companies who each pointed out potential areas where they might have issues (stains, matching new floors to the old, etc...). This company didn't mention any of those issues; I guess because they didn't need to - the floors look amazing! I'm pretty particular and was positive I was going to find something that didn't seem quite right to me, but I really can't find fault with the work. They did initially forget to re-hang two doors that had been taken down, but once we raised the issue, they were quick to come back and hang the doors. I would use them again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend enough. We were very impressed!

It went great The floors look really really good and it helped sell our townhome. The price was a little high but you pay for what you get a great job.

He did a beautiful job refinishing. It was a dark mahogany color and it looks beautiful. He was very professional. He would take his time and listen to you, what you are looking for. He will give you different options. He is just really there to try to please you and try to get the job from you. His goal is your 100% satisfaction, which is really difficult to achieve in this business.

The guy couldn’t have been nicer. We didn’t use them because we got a better price from someone else. The owner came out to give the estimate, which was nice. He was very punctual and very pleasant. We would have gone with them if we hadn’t got a better bid.

I would highly recommend this company. They are a pleasure to work with and do great work!

The installation went well, and took about 4-6 hours to complete. It was our second time using Beaulieu Floors to perform a hardwood installation, and we highly recommend them.
