Description of Work: An "electrician" was sent to repair a fan in my jennaire cooktop grill. He seemed to not quite know what he was doing. He asked for a check up front and labor for a new part, telling us when he returned he needed more money. He bought the part, came back, installed. It still didn't work. We gave him a second check. He returned s third time, fiddled around and then used a tool to check his work, he sorted out the whole unit! I sent him on his way. A new technician came and said that we needed to replace the entire cooktop as the unit that was blown out was not available anymore. Cost, $2000
