A very nice technician named Mike showed up in the morning exactly as scheduled and performed a series of checks on the heat pump and other systems and answered some questions. The capacitor needed replacing, and he did that on the spot with his parts and tools. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I agree with others who say this company might be on the high side. (There was a $124 diagnostic charge included in my bill). But I also agree with those who say you get what you pay for. I would hire them again without question.

I am always pleased with the quality of their work. If there's a problem (rare occurrence) I've had them return promptly and fix the problem with no additional cost to me. I also have found that they won't try to get me to buy something more expensive if it's not worth it. And they don't try to get me to replace something when the unit may last longer. In other words, I trust their opinions because I feel they are working on my behalf rather than trying to make a quick buck off of me. I find the technicians to be courteous and willing to answer all my questions (and I ask a lot of questions). I don't think the cost of their work is outrageous; it may be a bit higher but I trust the work they do so they are worth it.

Overall our experience with them has always been positive and thorough and very professional.

We have an annual service fee. We've been with them for about 15 years. Response time is about one week since not emergency. They are prompt and clean and proactive with service.

Everything went swimmingly. Done several years ago so I don't remember date details, but I continue to utilize Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning for any repairs and I do maintain a spring/winter contract to keep my units in top notch condition.

I think that the first crew they sent out was a little bit inexperience in installing this type of system. So they had to go and get an older and more experienced team to come back and finish and so they probably engineered it a little more than they needed to because they were undoing what they did the first time. I mean they fixed it, it was fine but they had sent somebody who knew how to work with that kind of metal piping and stuff to begin with that would have been a lot smoother. I mean part of it is just an assumption about what’s in houses and they were wrong. They weren’t the most expensive or the least. They were very responsive. They came and did the estimate and the system design and then they didn’t send the right crew.

Arlington Heating & AC were great!! Very responsive, flexible, and fair. Peter made time to come out to perform an estimate on his personal time to accommodate my busy schedule. Estimated install would take two days but were able to complete the install in one day. Would recommend to anyone!

,Installation took a full day and was done in an extremely professional manner. they did not simply slide out the old unit and put a new one in, They re engineered the entire system and were able to make a kickspace heater, that had never worked correctly, work perfectly. This company knows there radiator based heating systems inside and out, and are worth the few extra dollars to have the job done corectly.

They did a very thorough check of our system. In fact, the technician was here longer because he couldn't get an accurate reading of one component (it wasn't warm enough outside). He said that they would come back on another day, at no charge, to do the test. In the meantime, the system works fine, but they want to make sure about that one test. We've always been very impressed with the service we've received from Arlington Heating and A/C. In fact, we've had them install two systems for us (in different homes), and our daughter and son-in-law are using them to install a new system for them. We highly recommend to friends and neighbors.
