This project involved replacement of dual water heaters with a single, gas tankless water heater unit. AH&A/C provided expert advice on selecting and sizing the unit. Installation is first cl;a**. they were very careful to meet code requirements and everything was done to a high standard of quality.

We purchased our furnace and replacement AC unit from them, maintain an annual service contract (which includes twice-a-year check-ups) and have had excellent care when the very few problems have occurred. Their team is very knowledgeable - this is a hallmark of the company. They advised us on installing a digital, portable thermostat that solved the heating/cooling issues in our older home. Description of Work: replaced central air conditioner unit, both inside and outside components. It went well, and took the time they predicted. The technicians were friendly and professional, worked fast and neatly, and cleaned up well after the job. Their bid was about the same as another company, but we knew them from before and chose them. We have them maintain our AC and hot water baseboard furnace on a regular basis now.

Description of Work: Recently, Arlington Heating and A/C did the Fall check on our heating system. However, before that, we have used them to install a new system in two homes that we've owned. We've used them for over 35 years and have always had excellent service from them. Their employees stay with them for years and years and speak highly of the company--always a good sign.

Description of Work: In the 1980s We had a very hot summer with Temps about 108degs for about a week. At that time our Air conditioner failed. We had only been in the house for 4 years or so and called many AC people to help us. The only one that responded was Arlington Heating and AC. They came to the house that afternoon. The builder had put in a conditioner that was too small for the house and it was gone. The replaced it with one of the correct size and we have been with them ever since. That's about 30 years. We have always been happy with their work. They have replaced our furnace and water heater and air conditioner over the years. Wouldn't use any one else.
