I never had any problems with them. Their technicians are on time, they are knowledgeable and professional.

The annual charge includes two system checks a year, with discount for service needed. |There always seems to be something requiring work, but we trust them and our systems are holding up well. The best feature is that when you DO need help, they come right away (like Thanksgiving Day morning). Great to have that kind of service these days. |OO

Description of Work: We have been on a maintenance contract with Arlington H&AC for about 18 years. I've been happy with their service. I'm not sure how their prices compare with others, but it is nice to be on contract so if something goes wrong they do come right away. The service people are nice and competent and happy to answer questions thoroughly.

Discounts with contract on parts. Great company. I have been using them for years and years. I have recommended them to my friends and now most of them use the company.

Description of Work: I inherited Arlington Heating and Air Conditioning from the previous owner 20 years ago and have always found them very good. This included replacing the original boiler about ten years ago. Lately, it has just been service contracts for both the heating and central air. We haven't had problems that needed fixing for several years, but when we did, they came quickly and did a good, professional job that lasted and charged a reasonable rate.

Description of Work: on the date above, a furnace mother board and a humidifier solinoid valve had to be replaced. Actually we've been using Arlington Heating & Air since 2004 and I wouldn't use anyone else. Doug and his colleagues have always done excellent work. They respond immediately, are neat and careful. I don't know about prices. I've not made any comparisons, because this is who I want to use.

Description of Work: I have been using Arlington Heating and Air for the last few years. On a regular basis, i just have them come out and perform seasonal maintenance. Last winter, my furnace went out. I called them and had a new furnace installed. There was no pressure to buy one, and the technician was really good about letting me know about what I needed, didn't need and what I could expect from the different models installed by them. I opted for a highly efficient model, and I have definitely saw a drop in monthly gas bills pretty quickly. Installation took one day. They were very courteous, and took care to let me know exactly what everything would cost. I feel really good about their service, and plan to continue with their maintenance plan.

Description of Work: We have used Arlington Heating for years. We have an annual contract for heating and cooling with them. They always respond promptly and courteously. A couple of years ago we had arranged for a new AC system to be installed. The weekend before it was done it was almost 100. They brought us by a couple of window units so we would be comfortable before the job was done without our even asking. That is service above reproach.
