Description of Work: Spring servicing of air conditioning was done. They called and asked us if we were available and sent a crew out the next morning. No money was exchanged as this was covered under our yearly contract paid last fall. They are always timely in service; polite, professional and efficient.

Description of Work: Two winters ago, my furnace finally gave out. It was wicked cold that week. Anyway, I called Arlington Heating & Air to come quote me a new furnace. They had been servicing my furnace and air conditioning units for a while. The representative gave me a couple of options, didn't try to push the more expensive unit, and was really careful about telling me what other work would have to be done to install the new unit. I took the deal they offered with the maintenance plan. I have had no problems whatsoever with the new unit or the service that comes with it. To this day, I still have a service agreement with them.

Description of Work: Replacement of furnace for one zone of house. An inspection determined that the heat exchanger was cracked and endangering us. This took place during a very, very cold spell on the eve of house guests from a warmer part of the U.S. Arlington Heating and Air Conditioning moved heaven and earth to get the equipment here and installed ASAP. We were very pleased.
